Ulasan Sheraton Phoenix Downtown

The service at this hotel is seriously problematic. They overcharged us after we paid by credit card. We booked a room with two breakfasts included, but when we went to the buffet in the morning, they wouldn't let us eat there. They blocked us off with ropes and made us go to another buffet to order, but then charged us on our credit card. The restaurant was practically empty that morning; were they just overcharging because business was slow? It's baffling that such a renowned Sheraton hotel behaves this way.

Very sunny and cheerful service, giving you the illusion of being at home. Even when it's hot outside, the hotel is still like an ice cellar. Different from what Chinese guests expect; there is no toothpaste and toothbrush, no slippers, no kettle, the "three no's" reflect a different life and culture.

The room is a bit small, but the location is very good. It's very close to the convention and exhibition center. It's very convenient especially for attending conferences.
