This hotel was terrible! The room was small and outdated, the bathroom was dirty and the room was nasty. I spent an hour cleaning it upon arrival. The clientele was rowdy and unruly. Sleeping in the park across the street was more comfortable. The staff was unhelpful and uninterested in making my stay more pleasant. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone anywhere for anytime!

Wifi doesn't work but staff for the most part is willing to work with u on special requests

At the beginning it took awhile to check in. Room was Okey, service desk lady good customer service and nice.

Needed room last minute not the best no towels and didn't sweep smelled sewer and no hot water first night

Service is awful, the only clerk takes forever to attend the customers and the lobby is closed, one has to wait in line for hours (literally). This place should be closed or authorities should take action to do aomething about the place.

Little lighting. Tv no remote. Furniture broken. All in all ok.

It was gross!!! I was killing roaches My whole stay!!! The blankets had burn holes in them!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

The price is unbeatable. Rooms are all being redone including new floors, paint, appliances, everything. Staff is like family and so are the other guests. Pets welcome with pet area on property. Grill available for guests to use as well. Love it

This is an excellent place to stay the staff is great the pools cleaning it is 15 minutes from the airport it's 20 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale the rooms are kept clean the TVs work it's a safe place to stay there's a Fry's grocery store down the street there's Taco Bell there's Wendy's there's a home Depot you're right off the i-17 so you have access to all the freeways right there you can't beat that you can't beat the price it's a really great place to stay I'd recommend it to anybody when you come to Phoenix this is definitely where you want to stay it's VIP treatment all the way.

We booked the place online. When we arrived, the first thing I noticed was the lack of signage. We waited quite a long time to check in and had a little time to look around. Nothing we saw made us uncomfortable, but we went through checking in. The room was honestly the worst room I have ever noticed in any place we have stayed. The bed looked recently slept in and everything looked grimy. We decided we had made a huge mistake and went to check back out. The desk person, who by the way is behind a thick glass window, refused to give us our money back. She said we had to go through the booking agency. We checked on that and the agency said the hotel was responsible for doing that. Other people who checked in at the same time we did decided not to stay.

Hello so first off the line was short and went fast for room it was fresh paint es new floor was done.no fees for dogs I liked the new pet station around property we would love to come back . There is new security on site very quiet at night now I gave this place a second chance

Beds were very comfortable, rooms were clean. Staff was very pleasant. Many shops around in walking distance. Enjoyable place to stay at. They also supply microwave and refrigerator in rooms. Some have safe lock box in room. Pets are welcome there no deposit. Very pleased.

My stay at this motel was as good as any other motel I've stayed at. Beds were made nice. Plenty of pillows. And the room was clean. Had a refrigerator, microwave, and TV that worked. Was nice and peaceful and right off of the freeway. Everything else you need was within walking distance. I would recommend this motel to all my friends.

The staff was verry helpfully. I needed an extra blanket and she in the office brought it to me .the place was clean my TV did not work they brought a new one I would stay here again verry quiet place the pool was sparkling clean but to cold to get in overall the place was a 10 star
