Happy with our stay at Xieng Khouang Hotel in Laos. Friendly people showing very good care and helpfull all the time. Room is big with hot shower and air conditioner. We booked 1 night first and then extended 3 more nights. Thank you for offering us good services

There is no shortage of things to see in the area, with the Xieng Khouang Provincial Museum, Laos War Memorial and Sang Vieng Kai Ti Suan Phou Kham all nearby.This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing.

The hotel here is nice. The area is bad, but that is to be expected when traveling to a rural area. Upon arriving you’ll immediately be pressured into buying a tour. The price I was offered was $100 for two people. The tour was from 8-4. They do bring you to all the sites which for us was good. We had an uncomfortable experience on the second day of our tour (which was booked through the hotel) it was only supposed to be $80 for a half day where they then take us to the airport, but instead at the end he charged us $95 in the local currency. Overall I would recommend the hotel, but no need to book a tour with them.

It may not be on the Main Street, but it is close enough to walk easily. Rooms were clean and comfortable, staff super friendly and the pickup from the bus station was awesome. I told them that only thing I would like to see added (because they ask how they can improve to every customer) was to ad a fridge to the room. My room wasn’t advertised as having air-con, but I looked past that at the price, so was stoked to find my awesome room had air-con. Completely recommend for your stay in Phonsavan if you find yourself visiting.
