My second time here. Nice location close to one of the main landmark of Ayutthaya. Renovated guesthouse with a nice garden area to relax, breakfast free bicycles. Very good pricing for the locations. Recommended!

I really enjoyed my stay there. Outside garden have hammock, desk and chair, little fountain and lot of green. They also provide some trip. Room was also comfortable.

Hotel is close to the train station (10min by tuktuk) and there are lots of restaurants nearby. The Tolasap Night Market is only ten minutes' walk away. It's a great place to start your visit to Ayutthaya's temples. The hotel offers lots of activities and there's a breakfast for 120B. Rooms are clean and there's hot water with good water pressure. Lovely garden with swings!

Nothing to write home about. Paid extra for a room with windows but didn't see one. Chickens clucking right outside the door early in the morning. Hardly any parking space sufficient when full occupancy.

The hotel is great, room is spacious and clean and perfect for a 3 night stay. Staff is not the friendliest and trying to get you to “e.g. book another room category, luggage service for a few hours for a lot of money, upselling general, tours with them” and no breakfast!

I was staying here for 2 nights while exploring Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya. The resort was located in the middle area of historical park, it's very convenience since you can just walk or rent a bicycle to nearby area. Only the issue here is the water flow is very slow.

Very cozy place with a decent hotel room. Good price and good location.

Almost ok , whatever you require they arrange

No fuss lodgings with good locality. The night market is just some 300 meters and there is also a local outdoor bar and restaurant outside the hotel. Good value for money considering breakfast was also thrown in

The resort is nearest the Park Ayutthaya and the open market. You can walk around the Ayutthaya heritage.

I failed by looking what I ordered for a budget price. Sleeping in a big bed in a resort but still in a closed without windows. After seeing the situation left for a other hotel. I failed. Can't blame the hostel.

Very cosy hotel, lovely surroundings, and you can literally walk to major Ayutthaya Wats...

Really good place to stay at Ayutthaya. Service is good, staff is helpful and friendly. We really enjoy our stay.

This hotel does not provide breakfast, no phone and toothpaste and toothbrush in the room , difficult to contact the person to get services...
