Super friendly staff, always available and helpful. Would stay again. Hotel is close to the old town and the main sights

Best location in town, right next to the former imperial palace! The hotel is nice, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The food was good too. Started in a premium room, it was a spacious room, but no windows looking outside. The smaller rooms seem to have windows though, some of them even have balconies. All in all, we had a great time. Hotel staff helped with arranging drivers too for excursions. Two thumbs up 👍👍

Hotel was ancient medical centre, smell nice with lemongrass everywhere. Friendly staffs and fine breakfast. Great location. Bedroom is basic.

酒店附近基本上乜都無 係得啲cafe 唯一好就真係好近皇城 行5分鐘就到 如果要行去中心啲就要半個鐘 仲要行過啲都幾多車嘅橋 啲staff都nice 間房就包一份生果 (2日都係1份) 間房好大 有2層 好唔好就睇你點睇 上下層都有電視 洗頭水隻味少少奇怪 唔係人人啱 早餐方面 款式唔多 但竟然有河粉同春卷 味道幾好 整體上 如果你唔介紹唔方便就幾好

位置很好，早餐豐富，而且早上6點開始，方便用餐完再去乘早上飛機。員工熱情友善，尤其感謝前台姑娘tie n的熱情服務，還有咖啡廳年輕男員工推薦的附近順化米線美食，這裡是遊覽順化的很好選擇。

貌似是以前的太醫館舊址。酒店就在皇城東門邊，地理位置非常優越，服務人員很熱情，房間也很有特色。但可能因為客氣濕潤，房間又都在一樓，房間有股黴味。但總體還是很不錯的酒店！

酒店不提供牙膏牙刷。

夜遅くにチェックインしたのですが、わざわざ片付けしていたレストランに案内してくれました。

Such a unique and beautiful hotel, in what I think is the nicest part of the city. The staff are all lovely, everyone always says hello (seriously everyone!). I hope management knows how lucky they are and looks after them. There were a few receptionists who helped us with various things and who were all so helpful and professional, but also warm and personable. I didn't get all of their names, but Tú Trinh and the other receptionists were so kind. They organised a birthday cake for me which was just so thoughtful and such a nice touch. When I come to Hue I would definitely stay here again and will be suggesting to anyone who asks to do the same.

It’s a lovely presented hotel within the ancient citadel and walking distance to the Imperial city. Our room was good with everything you would need but a very small bathroom and the shower inadequate. The power was very poor and the system probably in need of an upgrade. Breakfast was good with an adequate selection and eggs cooked to order. We ate in the hotel restaurant the first night but it wasn’t up to the expected standard. The pho was ok and hot but the beef meal was cold and chewy. As always in Vietnam what makes an establishment is its staff and I couldn’t fault any of them, they were friendly, courteous and helpful. Trinh the front office manager went out of her way to help me contact my bank at home when I encountered a fraud problem. Nothing was too much trouble and she recommended some good hotels too. Definitely service with a smile. Thank you all for an enjoyable stay. Brenda & John

We enjoyed our stay here. The location is great, in the old town and very close to the Imperial City. We had a Superior King Room with a private outside area overlooking the pool. The room was comfortable but small and quite tired. We also enjoyed many games guessing which of the many light switches controlled which light. We had an excellent massage at the spa and also enjoyed the steam room. Breakfast was limited in terms of the selection, and be aware that (in our experience) food is not replenished, so get there early! The bar and restaurant were very good. Staff were helpful.

This is a really lovely hotel, with great food (breakfast very good). Rooms clean and spacious, with a lovely old fashioned feel to them. There is a nice bar area which serves cocktails. The staff are excellent, helpful and professional. Would definitely recommend
