For the first night I booked a single standard room. The room is spacious and clean, but the bed was TERRIBLE. Im travelling for 6 months and this bed was in the worst condition I ever had. You literally sleep on the spirals. I went to the reception to say something about it. She replied to me: many people sleep in this room but they don't complain like you. Giving me the feeling im sort of a diva. Overall not a really friendly receptioniste.I felt burdened asking her a question. I asked to rent a motorbike with a phone holder (because I need this for Google Maps, otherwise I get lost 😅). Hotel charges you 150.000 VND. Five minutes later a motorbike without phone holder arrived. Again I was given the look of complaining once I said I really want a motorbike with phone holder. I went to a rental place just 6 minutes away from the resort. Super friendly guy, good motorbikes (with phone holders) and only charge you 120.000 VND. My second night I got offered a nice room next to the swimmingpool. The matrass was not as bad as the first one, but VERY hard. Havent had a good sleep since my arrival at the resort. The beds really are a problem here, too bad, because the resort itself is nice! Good value for the money. In terms of the swimmingpool. Its a nice and clean swimmingpool, but Vietnamese family swimming and making noises till late. Since my room was next to the swimmingpool, very disturbing there is no one in the resort taking care of this. Overall: nice resort, good location, clean, but noisy around the swimmingpool (if you have some bad luck with the guests like I did) and terrible beds. I changed my stay since I want to catch some sleep so Im able to explore the island!

Great place. Only problem is that the location is far away and the curtains let too much sunlight in. They need to buy better curtains. For some foreign tourists the beds might come off as a culture shock too as they may be too hard. having lived in Asia for many years already I got used to this and don't mind it but just be aware of it. It's not hard as rock but it's definitely not as soft as what you sleep on in the West either. WiFi is fast, room is clean and staff are very friendly. Definitely recommend it.

It was very kind place!

The hotel was clean and modern, with friendly staff and excellent amenities. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the city. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and attractions. Overall, a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Service is very good and pool was clean, location is not that great but fine. They serve with food also that was delicious and cheap too.

I recommend to everyone to sleep there because very good place

밤늦게. 도착해서 걱정했는데 다행이 여직원이 친절히 안내해 줬습니다 가격대비 가성비가 최고입니다. 2만원 이하 숙소가 가격대비 넓은 침실과 수영장 그리고주변 환경이. 좋습니다. 아침에 새소리도 좋았습니다. 처음에는 1박만하고 숙소를옮길려고 했으나 친절한 직원과 가성비 좋은 이곳에 7일을 예약 했습니다. 다믐에도 재방문 의사 있습니다

酒店離夜市很近。附近吃得也很方便。交通也便利。服務員會中文。酒店是一個度假酒店，很多別墅房間。可以租一輛摩託車出行。酒店有出租。

Тихое спокойное место для путишественника,просыпаешься от пения птичек,большой бассейн,воздух и солнце все тут прекрасно! Бунгало находится на горе,до моря идти метров 700-это хорошо некая утренняя пробежка! Всем советую остановится тут!

Хороший чистый отель 🤙отзывчивый персонал

Мы заехали в номер, в нем не работала нормально сантехника, после приема душа и пользование раковиной весь пол в санузле в воде. Уходя на пляж в 8 утра мы сообщили о проблеме на ресепшн, у нас взяли ключ от номера и мы ушли. Вернувшись в 14 мы обнаружили что все разбросано в санузле но ничего не работает. Тут же пришли уборщицы, которые стали при нас убирать паш номер. Пользоваться душем и туалетом невозможно. После пришел сантехник который работала до 16, да он справился, но мы не поняли почему все это нельзя было сделать пока нас не было. Отель не соответствует ожиданиям, все старое. Около бассейна грязь. Не рекомендую посещение этого отеля. Персонал не старается сделать ваше прибывание комфортным.

Ужасный сервис! Мы заранее бронировали номер с двумя спальнями. Когда прибыли в отель нам сообщили что он не готов и предложили провести ночь в другом номере (обычный двухместный). Он был отвратительный - в санузле в душевой пробит пол кабинки, сантехника течет, грязно. Зона около бассейна грязная - то ли кровь то ли коктейль кто-то пролил. У нас забронировано проживание на неделю и мы попросили вернуть на. Деньги если мы завтра выедем. Ответ на это не получили. Только завтра переселим в другой номер а сейчас пойдем его уберем, те он даже и не занят просто забыли убрать. Считаю такое отношение к клиентам неприемлемо. Никому не рекомендую проживать в этом отеле
