Senarai makanan restoran sedap Bilik kami besar, pemandangannya hebat - Pemandangan Laut Beberapa perkara untuk hotel bertambah baik: 1) tempat duduk tandas mempunyai kotoran yang tidak boleh ditanggalkan 2) meja terlalu kecil dan hanya 1 kerusi. Memandangkan kami memanggil perkhidmatan roo.m tetapi tidak ada tempat duduk untuk makan kami adalah sekumpulan 4 orang, jadi kami perlu berdiri dan makan. 3) penghawa dingin kadang-kadang mengeluarkan bau yang tidak menyenangkan (rasanya adalah saliran.) 4) Apabila hujan pintu depan akan mempunyai kolam air tetapi kemudiannya letakkan tuala untuk menahan air hujan masuk ke dalam bilik. Keseluruhan Dinso hebat akan tinggal lagi

The room is very clean and the waiter is full of enthusiasm ， I feel the friendliness of everyone! There are many activities, and the sand on the beach is soft and comfortable ，it's not far from Badong ，but this area is very quiet! The best choice for parent-child travel！！

Ini pastinya bukan resort tetapi lebih seperti sebuah asrama. Gambar di sini agak mengelirukan dan agak ramai juga pelancong China yang menginap di sini. Lokasi agak baik kerana hanya 15 minit berjalan kaki ke jalan Patong Bar. juga sangat dekat dengan satu lagi jalan utama yang menempatkan banyak kafe yang menyajikan kopi dan sandwic terkemuka dengan harga yang sangat berpatutan.

Хороший свежий отель. Непритязательные завтраки. Номера чистые, если необходимо убраться, то ставьте табличку у двери в положение ”Уборка”. Если нужны виды хоть какие-то в сторону моря на Патонге, то берите номера с видом на море/город и от 4 этажа и выше. На 6 этаже (крыше) находится маленький бар и бассейн, тренажёрный зал в районе 15кв.м кто пользуется ими вообще не понятно. Только если при отпуске свыше 14д, и то не факт. Это считается 4 линией, до ночного рынка где море еды уличной около 800м. Рядом с отелем есть магазин 7/11, прачечная, простые кафе, обменники. Кушали в основном на рынке или ближе к 2-3 линии. Отель не для семей с детьми и пожилых. У кого болят ноги он тоже не для вас. Не понимаю людей, которые берут сознательно этот отель, и пишут отзывы что он на горе и постоянно в гору. Вам и в обычной жизни трудно угодить. Либо физкультура, либо байк берёте и все отлично. Прозрачный туалет душ, это даже прикольно 👍 есть шторка. Если вы едите вдвоём МЖ, то что друг у друга вы не видели 😂 что могло бы вас смущать. Кондиционер есть, дует нормально. Балкон маленький, сушки отдельно нет, ее просто некуда поставить на балконе, так как места заняты стульями и столиком. Если вам не понравилось, то скорее всего вы не умеете выбирать отель под себя и вам кто-то его выбрал, не рассказав нюансы.

We had a great stay here. We first got free upgrade to the family room. The staff were friendly and helpful. What I was really grateful about was that I left Phuket for Krabi in a hurry so I forgot my envelop with cash in it (28k Balt). I called the hotel hoping someone could have found and kept it for me. But to be honest I didn’t have high hope as 28k Balt is a lot of money to the locals. To my great surprise they found it in the safe, and my power bank. A special thanks to the manager, Nancy! Thank you all so much!

My wife and I had a delightful stay at The Arch Hotel in Phuket. The Japanese-themed interior design was beautifully executed, creating a serene and stylish atmosphere throughout the property. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, and the staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring we felt welcome during our stay. However, the lack of a lift was a drawback, particularly for guests with heavy luggage or mobility concerns. Despite this, the overall experience was enjoyable, and we would recommend The Arch Hotel for its unique design and warm hospitality.

Our family recently stayed at begonia N7 Villa, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The villa itself was stunning—spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with all the holiday required amenities you could ask for, including a private pool, kitchen, and especially washing machine, which is very rare in Phuket yet so convenient for hot Thai weather. The outdoor areas were equally impressive, with lush gardens, sun loungers, and breathtaking views. We especially loved the peace and privacy the villa offered, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job maintaining the space, and the concierge service was always available to help with any requests or to arrange activities. The location was ideal—close enough to explore nearby attractions like Chalong temple, big Buddha Rawai seafood market and beautiful Ya Nui family snorkelling and sun set beach, yet tucked away in a quiet setting. Also highly recommended ask Demi book a car for the day, you see lots more places. (8 hours around $2800 Thai barlt). Whether you’re here for a romantic escape or a family vacation, begonia N7 Villa offers the perfect balance of luxury and comfort. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be returning!

Booked a family room and got room 201 with a king bed and a queen bed. The pool view room looks exactly like in the description, very large with a balcony. They just changed the shower set and the toilet so both are brand new. Very good bed quality and linen. We slept so well. Simple buffet is good enough to start the day. Front Desk staff are very welcoming and efficient. Fast check in and out. I think the man who came for a short conversation in the restaurant is the cook. Another man wearing short pants with no shirt who went into the kitchen and went out looks like manager. Good parking space. There’s a short walk from the main street to hotel Reception. When you cross their beautiful grass garden, you’ll see the stairs. Walk up a few steps and walk pass another garden, you’ll see the ocean. Water was high this morning so we didn’t go down. Not sure if water level will be lower in the afternoon or not. One of my photos shows the hotel viewed from the seaside.

由於是獨自旅行和居住 本次住到了兩種房型 家庭房G（一開始自行網上預訂）後來老闆給主動升級了A房型，兩套都住得很開心。從第一晚貼心安排當地工作人員👩💼在房間等我 、還有總是很細心又温柔的緬甸小姑娘 、微信上可以保持聯繫積極解決小問題也給很多旅行小tips的工作人員，他們都很nice，這些都讓我的獨自異國旅行增加了很多安全感；其次兩套房間都有很美的風景，整套房間也都香香的，還送了好看又實用的主題布袋，也是很好的紀念品；海灘也很美 整個海灘幾乎都是老外，大家各自在海邊休息 曬背和玩耍 互不打擾，屬實安靜愜意，很適合和我一樣 喜歡安靜、慢節奏度假🏖️模式的旅客～

My husband and I recently spent a wonderful long weekend at Naka Island and would definitely recommend this hotel. From the airport, the property is a quick drive and then five-minute boat trip, but yet we felt so far removed from the crowds and noise of many other parts of Phuket. We stayed in a garden pool villa which had almost 360-degree windows making you feel connected to the natural environment even while inside. The room had everything you could need, want, and then some. It was a beautiful, serene space that also did a lovely job of honoring its Thai roots. Outside was completely private, and we could sit by the pool either in the sun or in the shade on our covered, separate porch. Although we had our own plunge pool, we loved sitting by the main pool and enjoying the incredible views of the Andaman Sea. The food was great at all the restaurants, but we especially enjoyed our dinner at My Grill (kudos to Kit), and loved sunset at Z Bar which is an absolute must! The ladies who served us each night were fantastic! We also enjoyed kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding, and biking. All equipment is provided complimentary by the hotel and was super easy to take out. The views are beautiful throughout the property, so staying in a garden villa was completely fine. But I must admit that we were able to see inside one of the ocean view villas when the gate was open for the cleaning staff, and the view was so stunning that I likely will pay the added cost to stay in one of those when we return. Some resort “ocean view” rooms are not worth the cost; I believe at Naka Island they definitely are. So … lovely room, yummy food, fun activities and stunning views … all these features definitely make Naka Island worth visiting. But what makes it so special and worth returning are the people. The warmth of the staff and what seemed to me a genuine desire to engage, befriend, and provide top-notch hospitality in every manner possible sets the hotel apart. Kudos to Kris for his role in creating this lovely environment and personally setting an example for his staff on how to make guests feel both comfortable and special. We look forward to returning to this little slice of heaven.
