"Great location in the Patong, walking distance to Bangla street, Jungceylon mall, plenty eateries shop, and many many more. However, when I arrived for checking in, the lobby air conditioning was out and two days after when I checking out it was not fixed yet, kind of weird. Breakfast was not so impressive, not much variety and the taste just normal. Room was abit small for two person, especially the toilet. Overall it still a recommended hotel to stay for its great location and conveniences."

"Nice party hostel for a couple of days, only issues are that it’s not as good as other mad monkey we have stayed at. The pool is a bit dirty, and we had a little cockroach situation in our room but the staff were very helpful to help empty our bags and spray our belongings and also change the rooms for us. The service is very very good and I’m sure it was only one-off pest situation. Would recommend."

"We traveled as a family, and it was convenient and comfortable for the kids to have their own separate beds. The room was clean, the location was fantastic, and the pool was large. The staff provided excellent service. Highly recommend! For this price, getting a room of this size offers incredible value for money."

"Diamond Cliff resort is a beautiful resort to stay at. They have thought of everything. Welcome drink on arrival, bags taken to our room, room equipped with everything you could need including room slippers, waffle dressing gown, bottled water, tea coffee station etc. huge comfy bed, balcony with beautiful view. Breakfast buffet was incredible- best I have ever experienced. It included eggs cooked fresh to your liking, usual european options of bacon, sausages, beans etc, soup/noddle station cooked on demand, selection of 3 hot vegetarian dishes different each day, 5 different fish/chicken/pork stir fry’s, rice, roti, cheese station, extensive sushi station, salad station, fresh fruit juice, breads, croissants, pancakes, pudding -and I haven’t even listed everything!!! 2 beautiful pools one with slide for kids, gym, pool side bar. Plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. Pool tools available. We used the trip booking facility in the hotel and it was very efficient and helpful. We got a gift of a basket of fruit which was a real treat. Lastly location was perfect- a short downhill walk to the beach if you are inclined but also very easy and cheap to get a grab or tuk tuk downtown and /or back from Patong for 200baht or less. Hotel also had a regular shuttle bus. Lastly staff at the hotel were so lovely."

"We’ve spent 3 nights here. The hotel is beautiful, and the room was very spacious. I really appreciated that the staff upgraded our room. Getting around was a bit tiring since we had to use the shuttle bus every time to reach the lobby. However, all the staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options. The seafood buffet dinner was decent as well. One thing to be mindful of is that there were quite a lot of insects. Overall, though, I was very impressed with the stay."

"Pros: Muslim Friendly Hotel as they have halal restaurants here. Nearby to Muslim Night Market. Nice pool. Superb clean. Complete amenities. Cons: Floor at room becomes wet. Maybe poor ventilation. There is smell coming out from shower’s water hole. Too many Arabs drinking alcohol here. Not sure if they’re Muslim."

"A newly built property equipped with all the comforts you need, whether for a short stay or a long one. The room has everything you might need, and free water is provided on every floor. Great workspaces, a rooftop restaurant, a game room, and a large gym with a multifunctional room as well. The highlight is the rooftop pool — truly a gem. "Best of the best hotel. Thanks Dinso for the hospitality while we stay in Thailand. Definitely deserve the 5 stars. All people really nice and give their best services. Food for breakfast so so damn delicious. Lot of varieties food there. We also enjoy the kids activity there and also try the dinner which so so great. 20% discount if you a member of IHG for the food and beverages. We tried the happy hour also for buy 1 free 1 cocktails. The room so so damn nice enjoy the view from the room. Recommended for couples or family. Will back for sure."

"I select this hotel because to fill my daughter dream “I told sunset about you!” But out of my expectation the service and the warm welcome frim the staffs make me feel like HOME! "Excellent hotel from start to finish. We arrived and it was an excellent check in process. The room was upgraded, very spacious and had excellent amenities (microwave, kitchenette and large fridge freezer) - more than what you expect from a hotel! The fact that the rooftop pool and gym were open 24/7 is one the key plus points of the hotel as it is always good to be able to have a swim late evening which no other hotel during my stay in Thailand was able to offer. They also have a small jacuzzi and steam room ,free to use and open till very late - perfect! The staff were incredible and very helpful - credit to Jose and Jassy who were excellent. The mattress had recently been changed and it was superb, so so comfortable and the best night sleep we had all holiday. I want to say they went above and beyond when we asked our car to be cleaned after day at the beach. The breakfast was slightly disappointing given the luxury of the hotel ; not many choices, even with the a la carte options, it was quite boring after the fourth day. No real change of the menu throughout and no vegetarian options for the hot Thai food. The TV facilities were OK - I can see there was a smart TV with IPTV but the internet commendation was very patchy and we had to restart the box many times as it constantly was freezing. Would still give our stay 9.5/10 - More variety and change in breakfast would make it perfect"
