Hotel terbaik di Phuket

This was a Perfect experience! From beginning to end, 7 days of lovely space, customer service, food, everything! I can not say enough about how happy we were. And the location is perfect too! Close to the airport but you never hear the planes, just appreciate proximity. Close to the beach, amazing Thai massage and cheap local food. Everything was better than expected!

The positives were that it was a nice comfortable, clean room and it was super close to the highlights of Old Phuket. However the big negative was that it was very noisy. The hotel is very close to a big roundabout and there is traffic at all times. The hotel windows are not soundproofed so you hear everything. In addition the walls are very thin so I heard my neighbour snoring and the cleaners during the day. Overall it was not a comfortable place to be and I ended up moving hotel as I wanted something quieter. However if you only plan to stay a night or 2 in Old Phuket, it could be an option, but be prepared for the noise.

Compound and facilities may not be as big nor comprehensive as its sister’s compound that’s just right next door, I think the proximity of it to Turtle Village as well as the activities available for everyone to do in the family makes up for it. Love: • mini golf • swimming pool for the kids • personal swimming pool at our room Our son fell sick during the trip and Cartoon, a manager went out of her way to ensure we got the help we needed— worried about our situation she checked on us via WhatsApp to ensure our son is ok, we got our dinner settled etc and from her interactions you can sense that she truly cares for her guests. My first time on Tripadvisor to share some disappointments about the level of services I received upon check-in at this so called ”5-star” hotel. - I am Thai but live abroad. I came home to Phuket to visit my friends and family and chose to stay here to get a holiday feeling while in my home place. - I drove to the resort myself, and came in right past the security box but no one came out to help guide me to where to park or tell me about the lobby location as the lobby is not in an obvious place. - There's a sign pointing to the lobby but the road is very steep and not an easy drive up - I drove right up to the lobby, jumped off the car and came inside the lobby (still with no human contact up until this point) - At the reception, there were two staff there, with no smiles on their face looking busy counting the money. My friend had to say hi to get their attention. - The check-in process was fast and easy but we were disappointed as there were no cold towels nor welcome drinks provided. (I thought this was something to be expected at a 5-star hotel). - The check-in was done within 2 minutes, and we were provided with a room key card but no other information was provided i.e. breakfast time & location and facilities around the hotel. We had to ask for this information as we walk to our room. - There were 4 bottles of water in the room but they were left out of the fridge so none of them are cold and ready to drink. In the 30+degree heat, cold water is something very common in hotel rooms in my opinion and experience staying in hotels in Thailand. - The bed is big but the mattress is very hard and not comfortable. - We're in the room for the past 40 minutes and the air conditioning does not feel anywhere near cool when it was set at 18 degrees. Overall we are very disappointed with the check-in and services at the lobby as both myself and my friend did not feel welcome. The room is another disappointment, no cold water in the room, a hard mattress, the pillows feel cheap and the air conditioning does not get cool. None of our experiences so far feel like any other 5-star hotel we have stayed in before. I would definitely not return here again in the future or not recommend this place to anyone.

Hotel ini terletak betul-betul di sebelah pantai, jadi kami perlu bangun dengan bunyi ombak setiap pagi. Walau bagaimanapun, itu juga bermakna hotel ini terletak agak jauh dari pintu masuk kawasan peranginan laguna, jadi tidak begitu mudah untuk mengakses kedai-kedai tempatan/ gerai makanan jalanan di luar kawasan peranginan dengan berjalan kaki. Bas ulang-alik disediakan tetapi terhad. Mujurlah beberapa kedai urut berdekatan menyediakan perkhidmatan ulang-alik percuma ke hotel supaya ia dapat membayarnya. Kakitangan hotel ramah dan membantu. Pilihan sarapan bufet adalah terhad, tetapi makanan berubah setiap hari dan agak baik. Kolam renang tidak terlalu besar, tetapi ia tidak terlalu sesak dan mempunyai gelongsor yang menyeronokkan untuk kanak-kanak dan orang dewasa. Pemandangan matahari terbenam sangat mengagumkan. Secara keseluruhan, penginapan yang sangat bagus.

I am a frequent traveller to Phuket and when I visited this time I needed to book a family room for 5 of us (2 adults, 2 young children and nan) and stayed here for 11 nights.. I needed something that was within my budget within walking distance of Patong beach (about 10 minutes for my pace) and somewhere near to the markets/ shopping centre. The Andakira is about 5 minute walk away from Junceylon shopping centre but was closed when I visited (Big C was open though). I have Thai family members and the Banzaan Market is also a 5 minute walk away and catered to them for the price and street food. Nan has mobility issues so was great for her to be near the market. The family suite/ room comprises of 2 rooms with a divider door. I found both rooms to be of a large size. Both have TVs and fridges. The bigger room has a sofa and table. The bigger room was used as the main socialising room and for eating etc. The bigger room has an en suite bathroom but has a bath. The en suite is located on the left when you enter. It has a sliding type frosting window that faces into the main room so if you have any guests you are staying with they may be able to see in (just for consideration of who takes what room). The smaller room has an ensuite bathroom with standing shower. I had a decent sleep and the air con worked great. The rooms were clean and staff cleaned them each day. The view from the balcony was of the hotels/ homes nearby and Patong Hill. My room was located on the first floor which is the same level as the swimming pool. There is a kids sized small pool and also the bigger pool. I found the staff pleasant and helpful. There is parking available at the hotel for cars/ motorcycles. I have previously stayed in hotels on 200 year road near to Bangla Road due to being near the beach I would recommend this hotel and when I return to Phuket I intend to stay here again.

Mengikut saranan Xiaohongshu, di kawasan Patong yang sibuk, terdapat pasar malam dan banyak restoran di luar Lokasinya bagus, tetapi terdapat kesesakan lalu lintas di Phuket, jadi saya cadangkan rakan-rakan untuk menempah lebih banyak masa. Hotel ini mempunyai kemudahan sokongan yang lengkap. Terdapat kolam renang infiniti di tingkat 7, yang sangat bagus Anda boleh berenang secara percuma pesan jus. Sekarang adalah musim puncak jadi harga telah meningkat di luar musim harga akan lebih murah.

The room is big and the bedroom is separated from the living area. The hotel is located on a hill but getting to your rooms is easier as there are internal shuttle service that will take you from the main reception area to the designated block. And conversely, if you want to get to the restaurant for breakfast, you can call the reception and they will sent a vehicle to your block to take you down. There is also a scheduled shuttle service that will take you to Patong, namely the beach and Jungceylon mall. You could walk to the beach and the mall though and it would take you about 20-25mins.
