Hotel terbaik di Phuket

The location was great and it was near the old town. The interior design and the atmosphere were great at the hotel and so was the room. But our room was powered out every time we took a shower, so we needed to call the reception every time. That was the one thing we were disappointed about. And I'm not sure because of this or not, the shower was too hot to take and couldn't adjust the shower temperature at all... It was either water or too hot (feel like about 40+ degree Tempe) So I was struggling to adjust the temperature and the power was out. Hopefully the hotel will fix this issue soon

The resort has a lot of activities for young kids. The facility is well maintained. The room is super big and there is a washing machine inside. The staff are very nice and we have enjoyed it a lot.

The room has its own pool. It is spacious and perfect for couple or family. The whole ambiance of the hotel is like a paradise, very quiet and peaceful with all facilities available. We are very grateful with the service from the FO Guide for a smooth check in, their manager Edson for touring us around and giving recommendations. We ate dinner buffet and was serenaded by Marie and Medic, they are wonderful singer. Our server Joan was also bubbly and attentive to us. Overall we had a memorable experience and we will definitely come back!

Exclusive Service, Quality amenities and all around experience of hospitality in Phuket. A little far from the happening places in the city but compensates this with so many options, you can enjoy your evening there too. Though it's Off season, i didnt see its impact at the service in anyway.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, and my experience was fantastic. I originally booked a pool-access room for all three nights. However, due to an unexpected system issue, the hotel was unable to provide the pool room for the entire stay. Instead, they arranged for me to stay one night in the pool room and upgraded me to a much larger room for the remaining two nights. To make up for the inconvenience, they also offered a complimentary dinner, which was a lovely touch. One of the highlights of my stay was the thoughtful birthday surprise they prepared for me. When I entered the room, it was beautifully decorated with “Happy Birthday” wishes, which made my day extra special and memorable. Although the hotel is slightly older, the outstanding service more than made up for it. The staff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The central location is another great advantage, making it convenient to explore the area and enjoy the local attractions. Overall, I was very pleased with the hotel’s dedication to their guests. Despite the minor hiccup with the booking, their efforts to make it right truly impressed me. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a memorable stay with exceptional service and a great location.

Mengikut saranan Xiaohongshu, di kawasan Patong yang sibuk, terdapat pasar malam dan banyak restoran di luar Lokasinya bagus, tetapi terdapat kesesakan lalu lintas di Phuket, jadi saya cadangkan rakan-rakan untuk menempah lebih banyak masa. Hotel ini mempunyai kemudahan sokongan yang lengkap. Terdapat kolam renang infiniti di tingkat 7, yang sangat bagus Anda boleh berenang secara percuma pesan jus. Sekarang adalah musim puncak jadi harga telah meningkat di luar musim harga akan lebih murah.

I’ve never experienced such luxury with people that treat you like royalty and you can feel sincerity in their service. They do it from the heart in making sure that your stay in Anantara is well taken care of and ensuring you have the best time ever. That’s how I feel. I could not find any cons while staying here. Special thanks to my butler, Minnie. From day 1, she was the one who arrange the transport, the boat trip to the island, our food arrangement, she took care of it all. Even til the last day we check out, she made sure we have a place to rest although it’s past the official check out time. She even gifted a souvenir on our last day which was such a nice personal touch. The room was spectacular it comes with a private pool, the beach was very clean and blue, the breakfast spread was utterly delicious, the buggy guy was always very friendly. The reception guy Sonny even allowed us to have an early check in since we arrived quite early. Everyone was lovely. I dare say, this is the best vacation Ive ever had in my entire life. Not even paid to write this. I sincerely mean it. ❤️

We recently enjoyed a wonderful 3-night family stay at this hotel. The ocean view from our room was absolutely stunning, offering a serene backdrop to our vacation. One of the highlights was the impressive variety of Halal food options, with breakfast changing daily, adding a nice touch of variety to our mornings. The hotel is quite spacious, so we often used the shuttle carts to get around. While convenient, there were occasional delays, especially during check-out times, which required a bit of patience. The poolside area was truly delightful—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. However, if you’re looking forward to a sandy beach, be aware that this beach is more of a rocky coastline, so it might not meet typical beach expectations. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we left with wonderful memories. Highly recommended for a relaxing and scenic getaway!

Kali ini saya menginap di bilik berbulan madu dengan pemandangan laut yang sangat bagus dan biliknya besar. Ia hanya jauh sedikit dari bandar, dan hotel ini menyediakan pengangkutan percuma ke dan dari Pantai Patong. Lebih baik menikmati kehidupan yang tenang di sini. Restoran, bar dan kolam renang hebat. Meja penyambut tetamu dan semua pelayan ramah dan profesional. Saya pasti akan menginap di hotel ini lagi jika saya mempunyai peluang. Saya secara peribadi sangat mengesyorkannya. Makanan dan minuman semuanya sangat berpatutan dan kos efektif Saya tidak akan mengatakan bahawa ia lebih mahal daripada yang lain hanya kerana ia adalah sebuah hotel. Terdapat begitu banyak jenis sarapan yang anda tidak boleh menghabiskannya selama beberapa hari. ps. Ia juga sesuai untuk melamar XD
