Hotel berhampiran Gibbon Rehabilitation Project, Phuket

My husband and I recently spent a wonderful long weekend at Naka Island and would definitely recommend this hotel. From the airport, the property is a quick drive and then five-minute boat trip, but yet we felt so far removed from the crowds and noise of many other parts of Phuket. We stayed in a garden pool villa which had almost 360-degree windows making you feel connected to the natural environment even while inside. The room had everything you could need, want, and then some. It was a beautiful, serene space that also did a lovely job of honoring its Thai roots. Outside was completely private, and we could sit by the pool either in the sun or in the shade on our covered, separate porch. Although we had our own plunge pool, we loved sitting by the main pool and enjoying the incredible views of the Andaman Sea. The food was great at all the restaurants, but we especially enjoyed our dinner at My Grill (kudos to Kit), and loved sunset at Z Bar which is an absolute must! The ladies who served us each night were fantastic! We also enjoyed kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding, and biking. All equipment is provided complimentary by the hotel and was super easy to take out. The views are beautiful throughout the property, so staying in a garden villa was completely fine. But I must admit that we were able to see inside one of the ocean view villas when the gate was open for the cleaning staff, and the view was so stunning that I likely will pay the added cost to stay in one of those when we return. Some resort “ocean view” rooms are not worth the cost; I believe at Naka Island they definitely are. So … lovely room, yummy food, fun activities and stunning views … all these features definitely make Naka Island worth visiting. But what makes it so special and worth returning are the people. The warmth of the staff and what seemed to me a genuine desire to engage, befriend, and provide top-notch hospitality in every manner possible sets the hotel apart. Kudos to Kris for his role in creating this lovely environment and personally setting an example for his staff on how to make guests feel both comfortable and special. We look forward to returning to this little slice of heaven.

Fantastic friendly welcoming staff. Very nice hotel. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Only negatives, apart from 10 minute away Boat Avenue it's far from outside restaurants and malls. This makes our excursions somewhat more expensive due to distance. There are sometimes ants in the living area though not sure where they are coming in from. The water from the taps can sometimes smell a little. Having said this we were in a Bangkok hotel before arriving at La Green but La Green is a far nicer hotel.

Nisbah harga/prestasi sangat tinggi! Ia kurang daripada 300 dan termasuk sarapan pagi untuk dua orang. Ia berdekatan dengan lapangan terbang dan boleh digunakan untuk satu malam. Jika jadual perjalanan anda adalah tentang pergi ke laut dan berseronok dan bukannya tinggal di hotel, ini adalah tempat yang sesuai untuk ditempah! Perkhidmatan ini juga sangat baik. Kanak-kanak dijaga ketika mereka sakit.

Pros: The hotel is about an 8 min drive to the airport and 10 min walk to the beach. Rooms are more holiday-apartment style with a kitchenette and lounge area + bedroom. Our room was cleaned daily & check-in was a breeze. They have hourly shuttles to the beach and back. Buffet breakfast with a wide variety of meals. There’s a Sabai Massage and a 7-eleven just around the corner. Cons: The main lobby is not wheelchair - friendly they don’t have a ramp and you will have to lift your heavy suitcases over the steps to and from reception!!The shower gel & shampoo are tiny only enough for 1 person to use just once.They provide only 1 gown and sleepers to use for 7 days. There’s a laundry service that only takes 10 baht coins and you need to go to the bank to get them if the 7-Eleven doesn’t have enough! Waisted a whole day tryin to get coins cos the hotel didn’t have any & the banks were closed. Other than that the staff was friendly and helpful and we had a wonderful stay!

Very comfortable and welcoming stay by the hotel staff with great smiles. Room was clean and comfortable, with strong air conditioning. We could borrow beach/pool towel to bring to their private beach and pool. Pool water is changed in the money and clean. Only thing to improve, in my opinion, would be the breakfast being alfresco, it invited a lot of flies and birds flying in/out, and utensils were not the cleanest. Hygiene of breakfast could be better due to this / try to add better food cover-ups.

Beautiful property, beachfront resort that keep up to the 5 stars level. Staffs were helpful, knowledgeable and experienced. Even though it is a 30+ yrs old resorts, the maintenance was excellent. Extremely happy with our stay. Highly recommended. Our room was facing the beach and we had the most beautiful sunset view here.

I'm really glad I chose to stay at this hotel. All the staff took care of me very well, from checking in until I got my room, they treated me like family, just say what I need, they will try to help me throughout my stay. The receptionist was very smiling and friendly, making me feel impressed and the bellboy who took me to my room. They spoke well, smiled and helped me carry my bags all the way to my third floor room. My room was very beautiful for the price. The hotel cleans the rooms very well and the hotel view is very beautiful. When the sun sets in front of the beach, it is a picture. Made me feel very calm and relaxed. The hotel food is delicious and clean, they have Nora beach club which is decorated beautifully and charmingly. I will definitely come back to this hotel and I will recommend it to people I know who want to stay at a good hotel with a beautiful view. 這次過年看到直飛，果斷選擇了布吉，由於只是定了兩晚，酒店沒有送接送機，看攻略好像三晚可以有。路上等車，堵車多少有點影響心情，但是當到達酒店的那一刻，看到前台服工作人員滿臉笑意的迎接，壞心情一掃而空。安縵的服務決定是天花板，到了房間，看到房間的佈置（在攜程提前溝通是紀念日，希望得到佈置），很感動。走在酒店的每一處，一定會有工作人員跟你笑臉打招呼，會及時發現你的任何需求。酒店沒有會説中文的服務人員，點餐純英文有點費力，但是完全不影響交流，酒店擁有自己的沙灘，沙子很細，我們借了酒店的浮潛工具及船衹，暢玩。累了可以在沙灘看書發呆，孩子還有專門的kidsclub ，衹要把孩子放過去就行（四歲以上），裏面的工作人員都會很耐心的陪玩，真是度假標配。

The hotel was very nice and welcoming. Stayed over Christmas and they gave out small gifts that was such a sweet touch! Loved my stay here and I would definitely stay again. Close to old town. Great value for money!
