A beautiful hotel with a very nice lake view from the balcony, very comfortable and peaceful. Its a little out of the way of everything but not too far, staff are extremely helpful, no extra amenities were available during our stay as there was work going on in the hotel during our stay but as our stay was out of season this can be expected.

I liked the pool set up. Very comfortable and always available. Generally the space was quite nice and the shower pressure was excellent, which is always important. I got there very late and they were accommodating.

Good location near golf courses in Phuket. Much quieter location than many!

It's a little far from the beach. Most of the people here are Europeans. The atmosphere is very nice and quiet.

Very good room, convenient to everywhere, reasonable price, thoughtful service, beautiful lake view, highly recommended to stay here, there is 711 nearby. Clean and sanitary.

This is the worst resort hotel I have ever stayed in in recent years. If it weren't for playing golf nearby the next day and arriving late, I wouldn't have been able to book here. The room is quite big and everything is extremely old. The room door is just a glass sliding door facing the hotel swimming pool. It is very insecure. There is no lock, it is just a live latch. The air conditioner in the room was yellow, and the weirdest smell was that there were no toiletries! Nothing! Not even empty slippers! Simply outrageous! A strange hotel. Not suitable for any Chinese people. . .

Overall I liked the hotel, except for one thing. On the first day, we were not even checked into a room, but into some kind of utility room in which chairs were stacked and a massage table was installed. This is the first time I've encountered this. We were simply shocked. Looks like there's a problem with the reservations. There was nowhere to go, so we spent the night like this, and in the morning we discovered a cockroach and ants in this room. The next day we were moved to the second room we had booked with a view of the lake. The view is certainly very beautiful. The atmosphere is calm. Of course, it’s a long way to go to the beach, only by taxi or bike. We traveled through the Bolt app, and it was 300 baht each way.

The Lakeside Resort is indeed an old-fashioned resort. It is not located in several large districts, but in Kathu County in the middle of Phuket, which is also a county with many people. If you don't remember that you have to walk a dark village road at the end, life is actually very convenient. Advantages: ① Very quiet. Very small mountain, very small lake (not a stinky ditch, the kind where you can fish), there is an American-style bar and restaurant by the lake, which is quite comfortable for long-term stay. ② The swimming pool is comfortable and the water is clean. ③ There are few people. ④ There is a public tabby cat in the hotel, which is quite friendly. It will help to be on duty at the bar at night and interact with tourists during the day. Disadvantages: The hotel I stayed in this time should be the lowest-grade holiday cottage, facing the lake, and the facilities are old. There was a rat droppings on the ground in one of the rooms (later I thought it should be a bat 😂), and I changed to another room at my request. However, all rooms of this type still have two common problems: one is that there are many ants on the window sills and frames, which must be closed tightly; the other is that the water in the toilet is okay, but when the hot water is turned on, the lights in the bedroom will flicker due to unstable voltage 🤦🏻♂️ After analysis, it may be that only the single-story townhouses by the lake have this problem. It's a circuit problem that cannot be solved. Next time if I really want to live here, I can try their larger suites. It feels pretty good. Several foreigners have lived here, and it feels like they are all long-term tenants.

A very serene hotel! The rooms are spacious and clean. The swimming pool is lovely. There is a snack bar for breakfast and light meals which is very nice. Altogether, I would highly recommend Serenity for those who want a quiet, pleasant hotel.

Love the chilled atmosphere and the slow life vibe. The garden and pool are beautiful. The staffs are super friendly. All in all, the resort lives up to its name, "Serenity."
