Ulasan Rosewood Phuket

Thank you so much for the staff members’ warm and welcoming service. We did not expect much but the whole experience blowed our mind. We love the settings in the room. Feels like home as soon as we step in. We booked the dinner at the only Thai restaurant and it started raining after we were about to finish. We continued our dining in the middle section and did not feel the rush to leave because the staff there made us feel comfortable and cozy. We had good night sleep and saw cute frogs around the bath tub. We had to leave early for our flight otherwise we would stay in the breakfast area FOREVER! The booking at Rosewood was an accident after an unpleasant stay at another hotel. But in the end we were so grateful for the incident because Rosewood made the final time I spent with my friends memorable. Again, thank you for all your effort and energy you put in for our service. We hope to come back soon for other vacations as well. Have a good day:)

My stay here far exceeded my expectations. The property is surely breathtaking. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. We had booked a round-trip airport transfer and was provided assistance when departing from Phuket Airport by the airport representative. Anton helped us get checked in to our airline and dropped off our luggage. This was a nice touch provided by the hotel. We booked a partial ocean view pavilion. The room was very clean and modern. The decor makes the room feel comfortable and each room has a private pool. Attention to detail is top notch and is what sets this hotel apart. Breakfast at Red Sauce was exceptional as there were plenty of food selections to choose from. You can choose to sit indoors or outdoors during breakfast. Sitting outdoors will grant you a view of the pool. The dishes we ordered from the a la carte menu came out quick and everything we ordered was delicious. The service here is what truly makes this hotel a definite return for me in the future.

It’s Rosewood, what could possibly go wrong? Nothing 😘 Had such an amazing time there even though it was only for a short time. It definitely gave me a little bit of Club Med vibes but Rosewood is the luxury version of it. Shout out to Khun Bua, our butler during our stay, for taking such great care of me and my kids. Her future guests would definitely be in great hands under her care.

Perfect hotel

My family loves it here. . Everything is so perfect. You can basically stay in the hotel all day. It has a nice pool and also a private beach just right outside the pool. The hotel staff are nice and they are fluent in English. We have no communication problems at all. The house keeping even helped to double check if we have brought everything with us when we check out. The location is perfect, just 5 to 10 Mins from Patong Beach, which is like the central of Phuket. Everything you need you can find it there. Shopping, water activities, site seeing, and good restaurants. We had an awesome stay. Definitely wroth the 🤑🤑🤑.. love it here .. would definitely return back to Rosewood

Best hotel in Phuket. Great breakfast, excellent service, nice kids play room but a little small, people are friendly, new and clean. Only thing is nothing much happening in the hotel e.g. happy hour, music or fireworks, special spa offer etc

Best vaca experience ever, superb service, impeccable room, so private you feel like you are staying in your own home. The breakfast is so organic and healthy. My son loves the kids club. Will def stay here again.
