Had a good and reasonable experience in previous days in a cheaper room, booked a better room because of it but the owner did not want me to change the room and started shouting at me. Only after I try my best to calmly tell her that I paid different price, she gave me a extremely low maintenance room with alot of broken things like bad AC /TV remote etc. I loved the previous experience, it's a shame this happened

The room is not the best looking but price wise, it's reasonable. The house keeper girl is very friendly. The bar Infront of the place can be very noisy and not exactly near to the beach but near to the mountain.

The building was old and there was specific smell in the room I could sleep. The bedsheets was dirty and I had to put my coat on it. I arrived late but before I called them that I would be late and when I arrived nobody was at the hotel and they even didn’t answer my call, the ladies from the shop in of the hotel helped me , they woke up the owner and after that I entered the room. She also couldn’t speak English just Chinese and perhaps Thai.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. There were a lot of great places nearby and the rooms were comfy. Overall a good experience

The best hotel I've had in this low price range during this time of the year. Convenient checkin, friendly family, good airconditioning and shower and great location if you have a motorbike. Even the economy room with balcony was quite spacious. It's on the 3rd main street (Nanai road) of patong beach. Might be a bit far to the beach by walking (15-25 minutes). I rebooked multiple days

This is an awesome place to stay in Patong. I can say that it's hard to get a hotel at this affordable price. I stayed there for 2 days & it was an awesome experience 🤘. Most recommended place for all types of travelers ✌️✌️

Location is good just on Nanai rd close to everything you need , and also not far to the clubs in Bangla , 5 mins taxi ride, everything you needs is either in the hotel or on the street close by

Nice and clean. Very very friendly staff. Lovely owner. 20 mins walk form the beach but cheap motorbike rent. Highly recommended.
