Jawapan daripada Pihak Penginapan: Dear customer, We are sorry for your unpleasant stay with us. There is wifi signal in all our rooms. We are running 5 Ghz internet in our property. We have received some feedbacks that not all phones are capable of receiving 5Ghz as the speed is too fast. Hence, we have downgraded our router to the slower 2.4Ghz recently. With the downgrade, all of our customer has no issue with connecting to the wifi. There is no smart tv in our room but we do have an external internet TV box that is connected to the TV which provides your access to the use the TV like a smart TV.
