Big room , but with few inserts.
Staffs friendly.
Hotel is at the middle of Phuket Bus Terminal 1 and Phuket Old Town walking street , easy to shop & eat and catch bus to other places (eg. Surat Thani)

Consider a good location and walking distance to old town. However, one of the room has moldy ceiling inside the bathroom. Requested to change to another room and only managed to get new room on 3rd night due to no room available.

For the price the hotel is okay. Location is perfect for the Sunday food market which is why I booked the hotel. It’s a five minute walk to the food market on a Sunday.. I would say for the cheap price this hotel is okay but the bed is hard and comfortable. The bathroom is Old needs updating. It has a big fridge but there is no locker in the room. Customer services is good. They are helpful but do think the hotel needs updating.
