I booked an airport transport, to the hotel and it took less than an hour to arrive, , the staff is so friendly she let us check in earlier, the pool was so nice, and the room was very clean.

Perfect walking location, close to Central Phuket Mall. Spacious rooms and nice pool. Also a snack table is provided in the lobby

Bathroom door not closed , shower not good and water not cold , to much noise night time because corridor walk in area. But have pool and near city .

Rooms are clean. Staff is helpful. They can speak good English. Rooms size is big. Clean swimming pool. We liked the hotel very much and will stay there again.

Pleasant and helpful staff make up for the lack of shower curtain in bathroom and no sandals provided for guests. Rooms need daily spraying of insecticide as rainy season breeds mosquitoes. Room did not have a telephone. But its proximity to Big C supermarket, Central Festival and Lotus’s shopping centre ensures tourist will never get hungry.

Very comfortable too stay. But shower room is very uncomfortable, no space for put tootbrush etc.

I will book this hotel again on our next trip to Phuket. It feels like home away from home. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The buffet was good too. Also it is very near to convenience stores. A lot of big stores around the area. There’s also a hospital across in case of emergency. Thank you Blue Carina, you made our stay very memorable.

The hotel is located in a nice location, near the major shopping malls. Staffs were very friendly and hospitable. The view was awesome and can hear different birds chirping around the hotel. Our stay here was very comfortable and worth it. Will definitely visit again.
