The room was beautiful, and the balcony opened right out to the pool. The staff provided exceptional service; they even helped us with our luggage when we checked out. We'll definitely be back! The food selection was also very rich and varied.

Not a bad budget hotel, with a convenient location in northern Karon. The food is quite good for a three-star, you could even skip lunch. However, the hotel definitely needs a major renovation. It's one of the oldest hotels in Karon. On the plus side, the staff are good and friendly. The 100 euro deposit is a bit high for this type of hotel.

Thank you to all the wonderful staff who made my holiday special, and a special thank you to the ladies who cleaned my room each day and kept everything topped up. The pool here with swim up bar is awesome and there was never a shortage of sun beds. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely stay here again. It’s so close to Karon beach just 2 minutes walk and local bars restaurants & shops are just around the corner.

This is one of the most cheap but very worth the time to try this hotel. With such a view, u can get for less than RM100, even can request for decoration. They served us with orange juice and the hospitality was great. Even tho the options for breakfast is not much but its sufficient. For muslim traveller, the food have halal option even tho they do serve a pork menu, but u r welcome to ask the chef/fnb staff about halal option. Very reccomend this hotel

The hotel was exceptionally clean and exceeded my expectations. It's a beautiful place with a great location, and the service was outstanding!

This is an older hotel, but it was generally okay. It was a bit damp due to the rainy season. There's a super cute, skinny cat at the hotel! The swimming pool on the first floor is also available for use.

The room facilities are a bit old. The shower drain was very slow. Aside from one short-haired receptionist who was kind, the other one acted as if I owed her money. She was unresponsive and seemed annoyed when answering questions. I could also smell cooking fumes in the room, and since it was near the road, I could clearly hear motorcycles at night.

The environment is pretty good, and for this price, it's really good value for money. The only issue is that the room faces the street, so it can be a bit noisy. I wouldn't recommend it if you're a light sleeper.

The room size is decent, and it's a five-minute walk to Karon Beach. Karon Beach is cleaner than Patong; if you're looking for food options, choose Patong, but if you prefer clean water and surfing, Karon/Kata is your spot.

I was given a room at the very end of the hallway, which was supposed to be a 'seaview superior room.' However, all I could see was overgrown weeds outside the door, and no sign of a swimming pool. The elderly gentleman at the entrance was very kind though; he stopped traffic with a red flag to help us cross the road.

Pros: 1. The pool is clean and a reasonable depth, suitable for both adults and children. 2. The environment is elegant and quite tidy. The decor is a bit old-fashioned but grand. Cons: 1. The balcony faces the street, so it's extremely noisy, with motorbikes roaring past. The balcony glass door doesn't block out the sound at all, and the curtains don't seal well. 2. The electrical appliances are old. The air conditioner is particularly loud and takes about 5 minutes to cool down. 3. The bathroom exhaust fan causes odors to come back from the drain, and the wooden window frame has mold. Major complaints: 1. We arrived at 1 AM, and there's a long flight of stairs at the hotel entrance! The front desk staff didn't offer help proactively and only assisted with luggage after we asked. 2. The hotel only provides a fixed number of bottled water (e.g., for three of us, only three bottles were given). When I called the front desk later that night to ask for three more bottles, I was refused. The staff said that if the room had been cleaned and water replenished that day, they wouldn't provide more. I've never encountered such a situation in my previous travels; it seems a bit excessively stingy.
