Nipa Hotel was excellent Nice room great pool with elephant fountains Service was great especially by Joy, Ya and Nutty

It was a great time to spent in the Nipa resort .. it was a first time to visit & will be not the last one .. the service was fast and smooth .. the time for all kind of food was great .. the resort including activities therefore all guests have fun .. finally the staff was amazing with all services & helping all guests specially ( Toy - Anna - Jo ).

The overall environment here is good, and the rooms are quite large. The busiest area is just a street away. It only takes about ten minutes to walk to Jiangxi Leng and Banzan Seafood Market. It is also very close to the seaside. Unfortunately, we didn’t realize it was so close until we were about to go back. , otherwise I would go to the beach more often.

Breakfast is superb, a bit noisy in the night facing the main road. Bathroom floor gets wet early after a shower..

The service was ok, but nothing special. No late check out possible (they said they were fully booked - even though I could still book a room on trip.com…). During checkin they told me „the first girl is for free, the others need to pay 1000 per night“ even though I didn’t ask and also didn’t have any intentions to take a ****** to my room. But even if I had, it’s none of their business as i booked the room for 2 people anyway (no price difference…). Breakfast service was rather bad, most people not friendly (especially early around 7am) and not too much space. Room was rather old and dark, also a bit noisy. As I was busy with island hopping didn’t spent much time there anyway. But overall touristic and overpriced place compared to other hotels.

Good location, friendly staff and totally worth it. I stayed one night in patong and this was a good choice for the area. I got a free upgrade to the pool access room. If I am to stay in Patong again, I’ll come back.

A good location that not crowded but convenient to main street by walking! It is sad that toothbrush n paste are not provided. Beware that mosquitoes are everywhere in not only the hotel room but the whole Phuket! The gym equipments are too old that you don’t want to use…

A great experience at Nipa. Comfortable, very clean and no problems with anything. Staff were friendly and kind to us. The only amenities we used were the washing service (it's 100 BAHT per kg) and they charge u if it goes over per item. It was raining a lot when we stayed so didn't get to use the pool much but it looked lovely and clean. We opted without breakfast but they have a massive selection of food but the price was just too expensive for us (400 BAHT pp which works out to 10eur each)

It’s very good hotel versus it’s cost and it’s location was very near to Patong Beach and it has nice architecture, Also staff was nice and friendly, Just breakfast wasn’t so fancy but still so nice

I really liked this hotel. At the beginning when I was looking at hotels in Patang beach, I was looking at hotels by the beach. It was a good decision that I didn’t because they are all so close to Bangla road and it’s insanely noisy in there. This hotel is beautiful, with a nice atmosphere as the bar is open all day and the food and drinks are nice and not too expensive. The room is big and it includes everything you need including slippers, towels and umbrella. Also the breakfast is good and changes every day but I think the quality could be improved as the pastries weren’t tasty. The location is great! Near massage parlours, good restaurants and a few streets from the two main roads in the area. I suggest this hotel for couples, friends and solo travellers. I think families should stay in a different area as Patang beach is not kids friendly. Too much ************ and ***** available everywhere.

Nice location and the room is big. Swimming pool is enjoyable and breakfast is good for me even though everyday menu is almost the same, still hv some choices . Our toilet flash button is too hard for me and my children to press, should have regular maintenance. There is a hugh disappointment ,Breakfast Coffee which is only instant coffee they use . Lots of fresh and famous coffee beans produced from Thailand and I don’t understand why the hotel still use instant coffee 🤦🏾‍♀️ Overall we have fun and good times @ Nipa. Thanks Nipa team .

Lovely budget resort, very simple, but worth it))

It is 10 minutes away from the shopping mall and downtown. The room is clean and the staff is friendly. The swimming pool is well maintained and the food is also delicious. I relaxed at a reasonable price.
