Ulasan Peach Hill Hotel & Resort

It was a pleasure staying at this hotel. Multiple pools,great breakfast and beautiful clean rooms.

Nice hotel! With great nature and wiew!

Pros: The staff is friendly and helpful. I stayed there for 3 nights and they cleaned my room every day. It's very near to the famous cafe such as A Blanket & A Pillow and Laem Sai Cup Cafe. It's very convenient to walk to the Kata Night Market and convenient store. Cons: I found a lot of unknown little insects on the bed and in the toilet. A lot of dust on the hanger. The furniture is a bit old. Every morning around 5am can be awake because of the loud of cicada.

There is stain on the bed sheet. No hot water for showering, phone is broking, and front desk service very bad. Even bad experience, I want to extend to complete my work and they told me no room while trip.com and other platform shows a lot available! Overall experience is very bad!

Although staff were friendly as everyone in Thailand, the service is chaotic and slow. It is Phuket but the rooms are overpriced and actually in need of renovation. You can get something better for the money.

Sad to say that although Peach Hill is a lovely property with comfy rooms, the internet connection is at times inadequate, and TV channels often buffering. They need to upgrade their internet provider package. The live music in the restaurant was unnecessarily too loud and can be heard in the room. I told two different, feckless managers and they informed restaurant staff, but after an hour or so the music was back to full volume. Soundproofing the restaurant would be a good idea.

Super nice village feel. Clean best and tidy . Highly recommended but breakfast is bad

Located near to Kata Beach, it's nice beach .And close to the center which easy to find local food or restaurant. It's nice resort style with cozy room & helpful staff.

Location was funny because you have to go to the hill to get hotel even there is bold pick u up and off. U have to call them to pick up

Dirty rooms and stuff not friendly that barely speak English and never smile, with the exception of the Indian waiter that I unfortunately don’t remember his name but has been doing a nice service and he has been friendly. Had to ask to change my room and both of the rooms were quite dirty to be an hotel, I’ve been in hostels more clean than this hotel😏! Had to insist in order to achieve to check out at 2 pm as arranged from Trip.com Overall I can say that the value for money is not worthy and the only good things are the location that is between kata and Karon beach so it’s perfect, and the pools are also very nice; the rest is average or less.

Almost no working plug in the room, sink not cleaned properly, no toothbrush/toothpaste provided

Нас поселили в отдельный жилой корпус, в котором идет ремонт. Номер неплохой, но с видом на город, ооочень шумно. До 2 ночи слышна музыка с соседних баров, всю ночь и с утра - рев Байков. Для завтрака нужно подниматься в основной корпус который стоит на холме. Виды живописные, завтраки вкусные, но однообразные, подьем тяжеловат - только для здоровых людей. Красивого бассейна так и не увидели, видимо он тоже там на горе, в нашем корпусе был печальный бассик. Полотенца меняли каждый день, давали отдельные полотенца для пляжа в удобной сумочке. Залог 100$ нужно оставлять. Заселение выселение долговато. Инфраструктура отличная, все рядом. До пляжа ката минут 10.
