On average good place. No Netflix or prime just t.v Shower not working the best. Wi-Fi is good. has a fridge in room. An can make coffees. Allso got some new water bottles each day. Big room

Great place right next to the beach, the balcony overlooks the sea. The beach, unfortunately, is not very clean, but they clean it further away. The room was clean, all the towels and linen were changed the next day. Everyone is very friendly. There is a restaurant right at the exit, kittens are walking around. The shower, unfortunately, is very weak, but there was a foot shower with good pressure, you can quickly wash yourself with it. Slippers would be nice. Nearby there are many shops, restaurants, massage parlors, seven trees with a food area. I really liked it, it's a pity that we didn't stay here long.

Hotel was super nice. Room was big and bed was really wide. It’s strange a bit that shower and toilet were directly there in the main room, separated with 2 meter wall. Balcony is also great. Breakfast was a good buffet. All good, I recommend this one, close to the beach, it also has a nice pool for chill.

Only realised I leave my make up brush in a pouch by accident in the bedroom after I check out. On the basis that there’s is nothing left in the hotel room in which I have been told at the point of check out, I subsequently called up the hotel thrice requesting staff to did a sweep again. Also asked my mates who are still staying the hotel to follow up. Staff claimed nothing was found. I question the hotel staff’s integrity with regards to hand in any hotel staff’s lost and found items.

It’s a nice place to stay. Hotel is a bit old, but the rooms were totally fine. Everything is clean. I was there only for one night, I forgot to take pictures of the room. Really cheap place and it is totally ok for that price.

Wonderful stay. Stayed in a 3 bedroom with pool villa. Villa was cleaned and well kept. Comes with a big room with king size bed and bigg bath room with deep bath tub. The other 2 rooms are twin beds and a queen bed. Each room has its own attached bathroom. There is an additional toilet at the living room area which is very convenient for big families. They have a huge round dining table. Kitchen comes with oven, microwave, coffee maker, stove, cutlery, plates, cups, bowls etc. No dish washer but you can wash dishes. Dishwashing liquid is given with sponge. They had welcome messages with flowers and towel animals. Buggy service is always prompt in arrival when requested for. Room service is also prompt. Staff are all friendly and help you with every query. Staff can speak English well enough to converse. They will help you book taxi should you want to travel anywhere. There is a shop within the hotel that sells swimming and fashion accessories. Breakfast for me was so so for me, great service but the buffet spread wasn't that extensive. You can order eggs, assortment of coffee and tea from thier menu. Then go to the buffet spread for confectionary, fruits, chinese dim sum, salad and rice dishes. Just next to the restaurant is the hotel pool along with a jacuzzi... you get a view of the sea. Pool chairs are lined up with towels on standby. As my room had a pool we did not utilise the hotel pool. From the lobby you would need to walk up alley and down to the first floor to take the buggy. So for elderly or wheel chair bound guests it maybe a challenge but am sure the hotel will probably provide buggy service from the lobby area for such guests if required. The location of the hotel is near kamala beach. The hotel has a free ferry service to drop you at kamala beach to and fro. Restaurants, shops and massage services are all available. Did not utilise the spa so can't comment. Kamala beach is not as busy as Patong beach so if you like a more peaceful atmosphere the location is fit for you. There is a convenience store about a 5 to 7 min walk away from the hotel. Taxi service is also available just outside the hotel. Patong is about a 20 min ride away from the hotel.

The bed and the pillow are really soft and gives me a backache. The breakfast spread is average. Some service staff are polite and helpful but others don’t even see you in the eye when you walk past the check-in counter. The nearest shops and restaurants are about 20 minutes walk away on a dimly lite road. Several staircase in the way to the room. Also the walkway are not covered. The only plus for us in the view from the reception/pool area.

The hotel-style Villa... has a comfortable environment and is cleaned every day, but sometimes they forget things. It seems that they didn't remember to take away the old towels and replace them with new ones for two days. If you break the shower gel, you have to pay for it instead of getting a free one.

This is a review I would have wanted to see before going. Let’s start with the good: the resort is stunning. Very aesthetically pleasing the lights trees and structure. The resort is big so they have pretty little cold carts to take you around the resort that are on call by simply dialing reception. The staff is responsive which is a perk and everyone smiles and is kind. The attitude is a huge plus. You will like that. Now the bad: it will shock you how quickly the room will become completely wet if you turn off the air conditioning. Unfortunately the AC is turned on super low meaning ice cold. As a result difficult to stay in the room without a sweater and socks. The bathtub also wasn’t working properly (drainage) therefore after freezing at night can’t exactly heat up from a nice steamy bath. The shower is okay though If you learn the dials. So I opted for long hot showers but the bathtub was part of my rest time and couldn’t do it. There was no compensation for this events but The staff did offer to change the room but the only available room was deep down on one of the ground floors with not much light and lots of stairs and no view. I opted out of it. The beach: You should know if you think the beach is connected to the resort it isn’t. You’ll have to exit the resort and cross the road to get there. Make sure you carry shoes as it’s a rough sand beach. It’s not the smooth white sand beach I somehow thought it would be but it’s fairly on the cleaner side in comparison to others. If white find sand clean beaches are what you want this isn’t it. The beach is nice to look at from the room though. There is no free minibar etc like other five star restaurants offer so prepare for that. As it’s a resort it will also cost much more than a normal shop. So here is an honest review. Really nice staff,pretty views. Facilities are okay like casa boho was a nice bar. This is what I wish I read before going so I prepare my mind: I left earlier because I just couldn’t relax like I had hoped. Enjoy!!

Everything was perfect. It was my favorite memory of my trip to Phuket, and I'm really glad I stayed here. The atmosphere of the entire facility, the atmosphere of the rooms, and everything in there were wonderful. Although I don't speak much English, I was able to spend my time there without feeling any inconvenience due to the courteous customer service. Every time I walked around the facility, a staff member asked me where I wanted to go and if I wanted to ride a buggy, and they helped me out. The rice was also very delicious and looked stylish. I would definitely stay there again. I really recommend it.
