We had to wait for 30 minutes for a room to get cleaned. We were given a room on the third floor only to find out that the elevator didn’t work! We asked for another room and we had to wait another 10 minutes only to get a room on the second floor. We brought dinner and soda from the store only to find out that there was no ice in the ice machine. So my fiancé went downstairs to ask if we could have some ice from the kitchen and the manager told us that they didn’t have any in the whole building.

The room was clean and nicely furnished, except for the tears in the bedside lampshade. But the TV showed only local channels, despite the fact that the system showed many, many channels, and the Wi-Fi didn't work, so we couldn't watch anything on our tablets, either.

The customer service is amazing that is definitely a 10/10 but you do need to be aware that there may be some rude guests staying while you are. There was this big group of older ladies and older men at breakfast that kept glaring at my kids. Not only that they were accusing my kids of running in the halls at 3am when I had them in bed by 12:30 it was my daughters birthday went to dinner at 7 got back at 9 got ready to swim and went and had our cupcakes and the kids all went and got ready for bed at 11 and were asleep by 12:30 - 12:45. We were in our room by 10:30 when the pool closed. So fyi if you ever stay at any hotel make sure you realize there’s a chance there will be children staying there too. But it is Pickerington I’m not from here so maybe it’s just the people in this city. But again the customer service is amazing and I would definitely like to come back.☺️

A group of us stayed one night October 7th. The hotel is not the cleanest to be kind. The swimming pool is closed for remodeling. I was told by a staff member for over a year. Getting into the parking lot coming from the north is not available. So you have to go to the light turn left so you can enter from the south. The exit to the hotel has quite a large drop off causing difficulty exiting on a very busy street. It's very hard to get around the area, right down to signs posted at the light no pedestrian crossing and no where period to cross. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. To sum it up we won't be back.

Everything needs replaced lampshade all curtains all bedding mattresses Stained or cigarette burns Smells like mold Rm 305 no screen for you jumpers When you look out window can see black mold on building and soffets and pipes coming out of sides draining ? Breakfast was ok Parking lot had same fastfood bags in it next day Sat pm garbage FULL from breakfast No toilet papers in restroom by breakfast rm $135 with tax should have paid us to stay there Luckily I had rubbing alcohol and spray bottle to spray all bedding and chair still kept suitcases on bathroom counter Refrigerator was leaking water onto carpet All wallpaper needs replaced POOL CLOSED First floor smells like mold

I hope the big red stain on the comforter wasn't blood. I hope it was just wine. There were thumb tacks pushing in the wallpaper in the shower. Whenever the person above us showered, it would make rusty water drip down into our tub. So we just always hoped nobody would turn the shower on while we showered. I need a microwave for a medical condition. I needed to use it at 2am and it wasn't plugged in, which I found odd. So I plugged it in and something sparked and blew inside. I then realized this is why it wasn't plugged in. I went and brought the microwave to the front desk guy, and he said that he couldn't give me another because all the rooms were booked. I decided I would just go to bed and try to deal with my issue in the morning. 30 min later a maintenance guy knocks on our door and asks to see the microwave. I told him I took it to the front desk. Then he tells me he should have an extra somewhere. Then at 3am I carried a dusty microwave from the front lobby to my room.

We needed somewhere to stay that was open late and other places were closed. The comfort inn was a good price, great room, and breakfast. Very clean and great air conditioning. Overall, best hotel so far on our cross country trip.

I fell in the bathroom tub( no slip strips or anything. I hurt my knee, back and side as I fell out of the tub hitting the toilet and floor. I made the first desk aware of this. I have called Customer Relations 3 times! I have yet to hear from the hotel manager, he hasn't called to see how I'm doing or anything! If this is how you treat your guests, I won't be staying at your hotel again! No concern nothing!!!

Beautiful hotel! Wonderful bed with super soft sheets and blankets. Sparkling clean, friendly staff and pet friendly. Location felt safe and super convenient to the highway. I actually chose this location so that we could enjoy the Skyline Chili which was minutes away. I would definitely stay here again.
