Great location with 7/11 nearby and convenient to access to airport railing with Pratunam area. Many food places and shopping nearby.

This hotel is in a very good location. Handy for bus and BTS to either airport. The breakfast was very good.

We spend one night here , staff are friendly and they facilitate to keep bag storage Free for few hours . It was in prime location. The toilet is smelling,may be from drainage system, and you can feel noise at Breakfast if very good and appreciated!!!!! 👍

If you want to get to the main road (Phetchaburi), it's only a 300-meter walk, and from there, you can easily reach shopping spots like Platinum Mall and CentralWorld-both just about 1 km away. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, which really makes the stay more pleasant. They even offer Thai massage services from 1 PM to midnight, which is perfect after a long day out exploring the city. There's also a luggage scale for anyone who needs it, which is a nice touch if you're checking your bag weight before a flight. The waiting area is quite spacious too, comfortably fitting around 8 to 18 people-perfect for groups or just chilling. All in all, I highly recommend staying

Difficult to find, hotel is down some dark, dodgy alley way where the sewer smell accompanies you on your walk. The staff are very helpful and friendly but the room itself is so depressing. Had booked to stay flying into and out of Bangkok but canceled my future stay and found something else.

It will be good if have swimming pool and second room card be given for the guest’s convenience.

Good location. The hotel is near Phaya Thai BTS, Pratunam market, Platinum, Central World, and Big C. There are some tuktuk waiting for clients in front of the hotel thus it is convenient for transporting. My family room is 416 at the corner of the lobby. It is small and stuffy because there is no balcony. My mom said that the food is salty and it the same every day.

Bad service as front desk girl not friendly,room not worth it with what we pay. Before check out we had oversleep after the breakfast till 12.25pm,they called me and gave me 5 minutes to get out of the room or they will charge 600bhat without compromise while I try to apologize because we had oversleep and request another 30 minutes for us to get shower and tidy up our belongings. They treat customers like &$#@& ,have a bad experience and bad service. I will not repeat this hotel at all.

6 minutes walk to pratunam night market. There was limited choices for food in the buffet but all good. The recyclable water bottle was a nice touch. Overall, a good hotel if your plan is to shop around the pratunam area.

Would be better if they maintain their cleanliness and use mosquito spray, there are mosquitoes in and out of the room.
