Beautiful property and perhaps one of the biggest Fairfield property. The service was professional and the room was cozy with all basic amenities. Beach is just a few hundred meters away though it’s not a private beach. Overall a wonderful place, most important for me was that it was not located in a crowded area. Breakfast buffet can improve.

Taj is the best in every service. We visited Taj Holiday for our anniversary and our stay was excellent. The Breakfast was amazing and had lot of varieties. Taj is the best hotel in hospitality. The Hotel lobby staff Saily helped us very much, upgrade our room to a Cottage and also gave us a complimentary anniversary Pastry and decorated our room. She also gave us some cute gifts on our anniversary. We also visited and enjoyed Taj Fort Aguada property as its accessible from Taj Holiday Village Resort, the property is amazing and has serene and beautiful beach views. Recently stayed at the Hilton Goa and had a pleasant yet inconsistent experience. The room itself was excellent - very spacious with a large king bed, beautiful furnishings, and sparkling clean bathrooms. The location was also ideal.The breakfast spread was nice. However, the swimming pool was a major disappointment. There seemed to be an overabundance of chlorine or other chemicals in the water that made it uncomfortable to swim in. My eyes stung badly after just a few minutes in the pool … it was basically unusable throughout my stay which was unfortunate.Also there is scope of improvement in the healthclub as well! The hotel staff were courteous and professional but lacked some warmth and hospitality I would expect from a high-end resort. I wouldn't call them rude by any means, but they stuck strictly to business with little smiling or engaging conversation. I was hoping for staff that went the extra mile to create a more welcoming environment. Overall, the Hilton Goa has a lot going for it in terms of room and location. They need to address the pool chemical imbalance and inject more hospitality into their service to excel as a premier 5* hotel. The foundation is there but some tweaks could make this a truly worldclass hotel dest.Thanks

The highest standard service!!! The best breakfasts and dinners , as foreigners we could try the local cousine which is awesome!! The staff is super friendly and helpful. We really appreciated their hospitality so that we decided to extend our stay. It’s a 4 star ⭐️ hotel however thanks to its staff’s approach for me it should be ranked as 5 ☺️ Everything was clean and I felt taken care of. I definitely recommend staying at this property! You won’t regret it!

Excellent Room with very nice food. Poolside area is too good with live band in the evenings. Location is a bit on a narrow lane but ***ageable. Room service and food quality excellent.

The experience was good overall. Initially they got the room wrong and therefore didn't have us registered for breakfast but this was fixed and they allowed us to shower in the room that was given to us first so we didn't lose time. The staff are helpful and the grounds are good. The location is amazing, a 2 minutes walk to the beach and on the end of a main road full or shops and bars.

Had planned a trip to Goa to celebrate my son and wife’s birthday. We stayed in DoubleTree by Hilton, Arpora. We had a great stay in the hotel. Both the rooms were very clean and spacious. We had booked stay with breakfast and it had a good spread of north and south India cuisines with a section of Goa specialities. The staff were very courteous and welcoming from the security, to staff at the reception (Special mention: Nikam, he’s everywhere 😄) and in the restaurant. House keeping and room service were quick to respond to any calls made for assistance for room for food and cleaning. I would like to make a special mention of Ms. Stacey who helped us make the birthday celebrations a memorable one by arranging for decoration of the Roblox theme items my wife had purchased, both Debtosh and Rocky did a fabulous job (check for the pics). Ms. Stacey also helped me arrange the cake both for my son and wife from the bakery associated with the hotel. I’m not a big fan of sweets, but I must say both the cakes were just fabulous. She’s a great planner and wonderful follow skills. She left no stones unturned to make the birthday celebrations an unforgettable experience. Thank you, Stacey! Great time spent in Azaya beach and resort. The property is very big and spacious. The hospitality of the staff is excellent. Rooms were very clean and modern. We had a great stay and enjoyed the friendly service and buffet breakfast. We will definitely come back again next time. The location is fabulous.
