Hotel Dengan Wifi di Hainan, China

Rooms are big, breakfast has many choices, near to duty free mall, BUT their receptions was the worst, I asked for another room key since I got down with the wrong room key, the young lady at reception then asked to see my passport, then talking and laughing with her friends then I scolded her n tell her it was kinda late also I had to carry heavy shopping bags and my children was waiting with me. Then she started serious working. Then the next morning I asked them to help me with my packages delivered to the front desk but they ask me to find by my own on different floor since they were busy. The front desk was empty with no guests at all. Too bad the hotel has nice facilities but their service and Receptions are not friendly and unhelpful.

The owners were very helpful , picked me up from Airport although they were not obliged to do so. There were good, cheap price street food choices 500m from hotel . I stayed here twice during two week visit, and they also provide 6:00am airport shuttle free of charge .

Lovely resort, rooms are comfortable and few mosquitoes despite the tropical location. Hot springs were nice to do in the afternoon, but they seem to be refilled / reheated in the morning and it way too hot to go in the water in the morning. Pool does not appear to be heated and somewhat cold to be swimming in January.

KK. Kami menginap pada 17 Oktober 2025. Apabila tiba, kami dinaik taraf ke bilik (dari pemandangan taman kepada pemandangan laut) di tingkat 6. Air panas tersedia tanpa gangguan. Makanannya lazat, dengan banyak pilihan, termasuk masakan kebangsaan. Terdapat pacifier, kentang goreng, ubi keledek, jus, teh, susu, susu soya... banyak pilihan untuk kanak-kanak! Wanita pembersih, nombor 16, sangat baik; dia memastikan semuanya bersih, menawarkan petua berguna dan membantu. Bilik-bilik dibersihkan setiap hari dan menyediakan syampu, perapi, gel mandian, berus gigi, sebotol kecil ubat gigi, sabun dan topi mandi. Bilik kami termasuk selipar, jubah, peti keselamatan, TV dan SKALA! Cerek dengan cawan dan teh, peti sejuk (berfungsi dengan baik), dan tiada penyesuai diperlukan untuk kedai! Terdapat tuala pantai (biru) dan tuala hotel biasa (putih). Tandas boleh dilihat, tetapi terdapat tirai jika itu mengganggu anda. Tab mandi terletak di balkoni (tidak kelihatan dari tingkat satu). Pemandangan sangat cantik. Duduk pada waktu petang, makan atau minum, sememangnya indah! Kolam renang dibuka sehingga 11:00 malam di tingkat satu. Ia selesa, terdapat ikan (untuk kaki anda) berdekatan, air dibersihkan setiap hari, dan daun dibuang. Lif berfungsi dengan baik dan tidak terlalu sesak. Terdapat tempat letak kereta untuk moped (sangat mudah jika anda menyewanya dengan harga 50 yuan/hari). Ia terletak di kawasan yang baik dan selesa. Anda boleh pergi ke mana sahaja anda mahu. Laut dekat, 15 minit berjalan kaki jauhnya. Bas ulang-alik percuma beroperasi dari hotel secara berjadual, tidak perlu menempah. Kami menaikinya sekali untuk merasai cara ia berfungsi, tetapi kami menyedari anda juga boleh berjalan kaki untuk mengenali tempat itu dengan lebih baik dan melihat sesuatu. Terdapat banyak kedai kopi, restoran dan pasar raya (semua orang mempunyai menu dalam bahasa Rusia). Semua penduduk tempatan mengelilingi bandar dengan moped! Trafik sangat sesak! Kami hanya memesan teksi dua kali (melalui DIDI, 60-80 yuan untuk kad PREMIUM) pergi dan balik dari lapangan terbang. Meja penyambut tetamu di tingkat satu boleh membantu anda memesan teksi, menambah nilai akaun Alipay anda (ia diterima di mana-mana, tetapi tidak semua terminal menerima kad daripada Bank Pertanian Rusia), menerima wang tunai, memindahkan wang dan ada yang berbahasa Rusia. Ada yang berbahasa Inggeris. (Secara amnya, semua orang di bandar menggunakan penterjemah, dan ini tidak menjadi masalah.) Terdapat juga wakil agensi pelancongan di kaunter penerimaan tetamu yang boleh mengaturkan perjalanan ke luar bandar. Hotel ini bukan baru, tetapi ia dalam keadaan baik. Kelembapan adalah tinggi, begitu banyak perkara (seperti di bandar) mungkin kelihatan tidak sesuai. Sila ingat itu! Walaupun dengan semua ini dalam fikiran, kami menikmati penginapan kami.

I was in Haikou for a short layover, and I can absolutley recommend this place to stay to see beautiful Haikou. The location is right on the old Qilou street, which is perfect for exploring and enjoying on foot. The room was very impressive for the price, with huge windows letting in lots of natural light. The building itself is quite old which gives the room character, but some parts of the room could do with a small renovation or repair. However for the price, this place was superb and I can totally recommend it for short to medium stays to experience Haikou.

Останавливаливались в отеле на 1 ночь семьей из 3их человек. У отеля хорошая локация, но не очень удобный подъезд с дороги, приходилось чемоданы неудобно переносить через полосу. Я заплатила за неотменную бронь 7900 рублей, в день заезда видела, что такой же номер стоит 6000, неприятненько. Ну и в реальности он на почти 100$ не тянет. Снаружи не свежий, внутри занимает несколько этажей, ремонт сделали полностью совсем недавно, все новехонькое: унитаз с подогревом, шторы на кнопках, вид - красота. Но мне не удобно, когда при входе в номер, включается телевизор, не понимаю, зачем это. В номерах розетки только китайского формата и usb для телефонов и прочего, муж не смог зарядить мощный ноутбук, на ресепшене переходника не оказалось, пришлось бегать по всем этажам и ближайшим магазинам. Это была прям проблема! Ничего не нашли, пришлось отложить работу до следующего отеля. Есть постирочная и тренажерка, хорошие. Завтраки тоже отличные, большой ассортимент и всё вкусно. В душе на стене был длинный черный волос, такое себе. За 5 отелей на Хайнане такое впервые. Рядом нормальных недорогих китайских кафе мы не нашли, магазинов типа Lawson или 7eleven тоже нет. Отель неплохой, можно на 1-2 ночи остановиться, если не по завышенной цене. А так на старую улицу и башню можно приехать откуда угодно, такси дешевое.

Overall a pleasant stay for us at this local hotel, which was one of the few that’s able to accommodate my wife and I plus our 3 children, in two connecting rooms. We stayed over 5 nights in this property. It served our purpose perfectly for a short stay at a convenient location served directly by a bus service with the airport. We arrived hours ahead due to changes in flight schedule, but the front desk was very generous and checked us in as soon as the rooms were ready, that's great customer service 👍 The rooms were large and well stocked with the necessary essentials including rubber slippers. There were 2 bathrooms+toilets as well as an additional standalone WC ~ more than enough for our use and made the stay even more pleasant. There was a large living room with an adjacent study area equipped with desk, chair and power outlets, that's shielded off the noise from living room - a great addition for those who needed space to get some work done. The hotel is located in a convenient location that's close to local food places and simple shopping. There's a supermarket in a building basement about two blocks away that's well stocked. You can even get a quick haircut for RMB15 in the same basement for those (guys) who don't care much about style 😂 There are LUCK IN coffee, Mixue, KFC, local eateries, street food, and restaurants all within short walk of about 200m. One thing great about this hotel is the bus transport serving Meilan airport that starts and ends at this property, costing just RMB20 per person per direction. Each hotel booking apparently entitled the guest one free ticket! We departed the hotel on this bus which took about 50 mins to reach the airport, as it made a few scheduled stops along the way and was driven at a slow steady bus speed. That perfectly solved the trouble and costs of having to book 2 taxis due to number of people and luggages, right at the hotel door step! One attraction of the hotel was the hot spring available in the bathroom via a large wooden tub, as well as one outside the hotel for guests. I saw some guests using the public pool which would involve walking out of the hotel in bathrobes and slippers onto the driveway and all. We’re not the hot spring type so no comments, but this feature may appeal to others. Some negative points that prevented the property having full 5 stars: - Erratic WiFi connection - the WiFi sometimes would have no Internet connection, randomly, it could be evening or even morning when everyone was sleeping and not many devices connected. As we had two rooms technically so there were two WiFi logins for our use. Sometimes one would work and not the other and at different times. Sometimes the connection would be lost halfway while using. It’s really irritating. We made multiple feedback but nothing had improved. - the property is really aged and a refresh is badly needed. It’s livable and generally clean for sure, but the decor, style and musky smell especially in the hallways, were unmistakable. According to the plague near the main entrance, the property was completed around the 2000s, that’s time for university graduation if this were a person😀

太絕了，這個價位住到這麼舒適乾淨房間大游泳池服務好的真的太絕了，一直讚不絕口，特別特別適合自駕遊，比旁邊的很多民宿舒服太多，一直在後悔沒有第一天來住這，非常適合自駕遊，多人旅遊，家庭出行。前台會提前打電話詢問車牌號，幾點過來，到了店長會出來接，服務沒得説，太好了！！！！每個房子還有自己的泳池，水超級乾淨，爽！！

A comfortable and beautiful hotel room, very spacious, more like a studio apartment. The views from the balcony bath were stunning. Bed and pillows were quite comfortable. Good natural lighting, and plenty of lights through the room. The pools were great, included towels and floaties to use. The gym was well equipped. Everything was very clean. Breakfast selection was extensive and tasty. Staff were friendly. We appreciated the complimentary fruit basket, and being placed on a higher floor to reduce the current construction noise. The construction noise was noticeable even on the 19th floor, however we would stay again anyway - the reasonable price of the room seemed to reflect this current noise matter. Good location, and we enjoyed the walking path along the water.

I enjoyed my stay at Bao Hong Hotel. The location is excellent — close to Dadonghai Beach and also near the scenic Xiaodonghai area. The hotel itself is simple but comfortable, matching its price of around 230 CNY per night. Cleanliness is acceptable, though not perfect. Overall, it’s a decent and convenient place to stay for both families and solo travelers, as long as expectations are reasonable. Room I used was Business Queen, very large room with king/queen size bed for 2 large adults.
