"中文下面 I stayed at the hotel twice. We enjoyed the large outdoor main pool and the 20th floor infinity pool which both were warm and comfortable. We didn’t go to the 3rd floor beach pool as there were many kids there. There were many activities for the kids from a large indoor play area with ball pits and huge slides to arts and craft for some family bonding time. The live music in the lobby was a nice touch for the atmosphere. The rooms are large with lots of space. We got the two bedroom with two full bathrooms and kitchen. The washer machine was great. we can do all our laundry in the room. Thesege outdoor tub on the balcony was a great way to enjoy the view. We really enjoyed the sunset view from our balcony and from the UP VIEW sky bar and infinity pool. I took so many pretty photos from up there. The hotel gives you two beautiful and delicious drinks to start off the night at the bar. There were also a floating flamingo and paddle board in the infinity pool for you to use for your photoshoot. But be warned they are both very unstable if you’re on it. Skilled balancing is needed. The sunset views from the hotel is priceless. There are more than enough elevators that you don’t have to wait long. there is a delivery point for all your takeout deliveries. This three in one hotel is huge, the facilities can be enjoyed by everyone in any of the three hotels. Shuttle golf cart is provided free. Definitely a great family oriented hotel for the kids and parents to enjoy. The large Number 1 night market is very close a few minutes away. Airport is only 30 minutes away. The mall and duty free shopping area is also a few mi away by taxi. Luy and the entire front desk staff helped answer a lot of my questions and even helped me with didi to hail a cab. My kids really enjoyed the hotel facilities. no real complaints but as with china being a smoking country, it would be nice to have a smoke free seating section at the buffet. "KK. Kami menginap pada 17 Oktober 2025. Apabila tiba, kami dinaik taraf ke bilik (dari pemandangan taman kepada pemandangan laut) di tingkat 6. Air panas tersedia tanpa gangguan. Makanannya lazat, dengan banyak pilihan, termasuk masakan kebangsaan. Terdapat pacifier, kentang goreng, ubi keledek, jus, teh, susu, susu soya... banyak pilihan untuk kanak-kanak! Wanita pembersih, nombor 16, sangat baik; dia memastikan semuanya bersih, menawarkan petua berguna dan membantu. Bilik-bilik dibersihkan setiap hari dan menyediakan syampu, perapi, gel mandian, berus gigi, sebotol kecil ubat gigi, sabun dan topi mandi. Terdapat tempat letak kereta untuk moped (sangat mudah jika anda menyewanya dengan harga 50 yuan/hari). Ia terletak di kawasan yang baik dan selesa. Anda boleh pergi ke mana sahaja anda mahu. Laut dekat, 15 minit berjalan kaki jauhnya. Bas ulang-alik percuma beroperasi dari hotel secara berjadual, tidak perlu menempah. "The hotel had a bright and comfortable ambience with plenty of seating areas. The room was clean and spacious. I had a nice view of the sunset too. I only stayed for a night so it was important that the hotel was extremely close to both the airport and full shopping mall amenities and plenty of food options."

"Our family had an amazing 2-night stay at Atlantis Sanya, and it was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a fantastic ocean view. My two daughters absolutely loved the hotel from the moment we arrived. The seafood dinner buffet was excellent with a wide variety of fresh seafood. For breakfast, there are separate Chinese and Western restaurants. As a Korean family, we enjoyed the Western breakfast much more, and both of my daughters agreed. The water park was huge, exciting, and directly connected to the hotel, making it incredibly convenient. We also had a great time at the aquarium. The mermaid show, marine life exhibits, and the dolphin and sea lion shows were all very entertaining and worth watching. One thing I initially found disappointing was the late check-in time (3:00 PM). However, Atlantis made up for it by allowing us to continue using both the water park and aquarium until 3:00 PM on our check-out day. We checked out in the morning, spent several more hours enjoying the facilities, then used the showers, changing rooms, and complimentary towels before heading to the airport. It made the last day of our trip much more enjoyable. I'm not completely sure, but if you arrive early on your check-in day, it may be possible to use the water park and aquarium before your room is ready. I recommend contacting the hotel in advance to ask. Finally, I highly recommend requesting a butler service, especially if you are an international guest. We were assigned Vivian, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We communicated through WeChat, and she assisted us with hotel information, answered all of our questions, and even helped resolve a payment refund issue. Her kindness and professionalism made our stay much more comfortable. Thank you again, Vivian, for taking such great care of our family during our 2-night stay. We would definitely stay at Atlantis Sanya again and highly recommend it to families traveling with children."

"Staff was kind to take my last minute request for a non smoking room. Given a family suite with 2 bedrooms, but i was solo so i didn't use their other room. Amenities like towels, toothbrush, slippers, toiletries all provided. Only down side is the shower is together with the toilet, so entire toilet gets wet. Best part about this hotel is it's barely 5-10 minutes drive to the airport, and both pick up and drop off were included."

"The hotel is the cheapest and provide us with shuttle to airport. I booked for one night just for sleeping before taking my transit flight. The only downside is that they only provided one set of pillow and the aircond didn’t work? It was a hot day in Haikou. Other than that not much to complain for the price."

"In part this hotel is great, but it has some serious downsides. The room is fine, clean and spacious (although the finishes are very cheap). The bed is very comfortable as well as the pillows. The view is absolutely stunning and enjoying this from the bathtub is lovely and relaxing. If there are no clouds, you can see the sunset. When you arrive you feel like you’ve come to a tranquil place, but sadly this stops at around 17:30. On the streets below are restaurants and karaoke and it is like they’re singing inside your room. The insulation is terrible, both inside and outside. Staff will make sure the music is turned off around 22:30, but you have to ask, every single night. Staff and service are excellent though, very helpful and friendly. I was very disappointed by the rooftop terrace. It’s advertised with water, and plenty of seating, very bright and looking like a great place to relax. It is not, at least not anymore. As you can see in the pictures there’s no water in the basin, there’s no maintenance and everything is looking sad and rundown. Next to the hotel is a little shop, which is nice. The beach is small, but great and the sea water is lovely."

It is beautifully situated right in the heart of nature, allowing you to leave all your stress behind the moment you arrive. It truly is the ideal place to recharge. What made this stay even more exceptional was the staff. I would like to specifically thank Allen Xu and Xiao Zhang (the Guest Services Manager) for their incredible helpfulness and genuine hospitality. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, paying attention to even the smallest details. If you are looking for a place where nature meets top-tier service, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. I will definitely be returning!"
