"Grand Opera Hall guest house" is the Jin Merchants' Club 300 years ago. The name of Grand Opera Hall was inscribed by Mr. Qigong, a great master of Chinese culture . It has become a unique and precious work of Mr. Qigong. The Grand Opera Hall guest house is located at the Nine Dragons of Pingyao ancient city, with Confucian temple and God of wealth temple in the west, Kuixing tower in the South and ancient city wall in the East. It was built in 1703, the 42nd year of Kangxi. In order to welcome the emperor to visit the west, four big buildings and music hall were built. In the 26th year of Guangxu, Empress Dowager Cixi and Emperor Guangxu traveled to the west to enjoy the opera and stayed in the Grand Opera Hall.Lihat Lagi

A fantastic stay which truly puts you in the mood of Pingyao Ancient City. I received a very welcome room upgrade and had a splendid time. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, offering a pickup/drop-off service to/from Pingyao station.

Reception speaks english. Traditional bed was very huge and super comfortable to sleep.
Pipes in the bathroom are old and for thos reason stinky. Power of hot water innpipe is poor but os enough to take a slow shower. Showet is fulfilled with water which doesnt go away fast.

Excellent stay. It's a massive complex with many sections, looks beautiful day and night, perfect location near entrance gate to city wall and main roads. Room was big, clean, comfortable and nicely designed. Toiletries and breakfast included, good food. Staff very friendly, helpful and patient with my attempts at chinese/using a translator app. Overall great value, no issues at all.

Located inside the ancient city walls close to a number of attractions including South Street. The pick up and drop off service from the high speed railway station is a big plus with regards this hotel. Don't expect much else though. The rooms are dated, service mediocre and the breakfast adequate.

We visited in July 2022, it was very nice and friendly for foreigners. They provided a free pick-up and drop-off service from the train station and helped us organise transport to Mianshan. The staff were very kind and patient. We really enjoyed our stay

朋友推薦的酒店，果真很不錯，園區很大，大大小小好幾個院子，説是平遙古城裡最大的客棧也不為過，冬天比較冷，不過有地暖，所以房間裏很暖和。

酒店地理位置很好，離中心街道和各個景點都很近，值得一提的是酒店對坐大交通來得客人很友好，可以免費接送站，很棒，會再刷的店，沒毛病。

酒店特別有特色，古色古香，值得慶幸的是，大冷天的，大戲堂是為數不多會燒地暖的酒店，漫步在酒店裡有一種穿越感，以後會再來。

已經是第二次入住了，每次來感受都非常好，非常親切，在這的每位客人臉上都是面帶笑容😊應該都很滿意吧。酒店入住能得到很多温馨提示，甚至還有驚喜。從駕駛員到前台 再到客房服務，總是為客人着想，特別特別滿意。
