We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. No, it's not 5 star but for the price it's great value. It may need a bit of paint here and there and the showers are a bit dated but other than that there wasn't much to complain about. All the staff were very friendly and efficient, reception dealt with any issues promptly (we had trouble with the lock on our door but reception promptly moved it us to another room.) The pool bar is great and serves delicious food and drink. Always sun loungers available around the pool (which was cleaned at the end of each day.) You could walk to the tower but it was too hot for us so used taxis... approx 9 euros each way. Don't be put off by the negative reviews and enjoy!

The staff gave a warm welcome, spoke English and explained the various attractions nearby. Breakfast is continental with limited options for vegetarians but still plenty you have to be a bit creative. Rooms are very clean and spacious. We took a taxi to see the Tower of Pisa cost about 15mins and €18 but we walked back took an hour. It was great to see all the sites and walk beside the river. The train station is about 10 mins away and we took a train to Florence city, 1 hr train, I bought the tickets from the Trainline app. Beautiful city and plenty to see. Definitely a great location away from the city, lovely mountainous views and traditional village walks.

The cottage itself is quite small, but the spacious patio is more than enough for 4 people. Garden is very large and this also applies to the swimming pool (which owners sometimes swim in).

I booked one day to just sleep over at this place, but really loved its service and the facilities. Breakfast was tasty and had multiple options. The only minus is the location, which is around 25 minutes' walk to the city center and 40 minutes to the railway station.

Located right across the train station. Best for travellers like us traveling from city to city just needed a corner to lay down our stuffs the moment we arrive at the city. Pisa is a small city. Everything can be done by bus. Highly recommended for its price and location.

A 5 minute walk from Pisa, very helpful and friendly staff 24 hours. There isnt a lift, however staff insisted in carrying our bags up the stairs, very helpful! We were late to breakfast, and they still accommodated for us (a couple). They set up a Private breakfast for us to in the bar dining on the ground floor, asked what we wanted to eat and drink, and kept coming back to see if it was enough. It included pancakes, eggs, toast, pastries, cappuchino with pretty coffee art, teas, spreads, homemade cake, juice. They brought us more when they came pass. Highly recommend this stay :) well worth the money!

The location is excellent, and the rooftop terrace provides a view of the Leaning Tower of Pisa. The room was good; although it offered only a partial view of the tower, the bathroom had a bathtub. The breakfast was decent, featuring typical Italian cuisine. It was a bit unfortunate that there was no fax service, and the laundry room indicated on the hotel's website was not actually present. I forgot to check out on time, but thanks to the helpful staff, I was allowed a late check-out and the luggage storage service was great. 位置很好，樓頂露天吧可以看到比薩斜塔，房間給我不錯的房間，雖然只能看到一點點塔但是浴室有浴缸。早餐還不錯就一般義大利餐。沒有Fax服務有點可惜，標註有洗衣房實際沒有洗衣房。忘記check out 時間，感謝服務人員讓我晚check out,還有行李寄存很棒。 La posizione è ottima e dal terrazzo all'aperto si può vedere la Torre di Pisa. La camera era buona; anche se offriva solo una vista parziale sulla torre, il bagno aveva una vasca da bagno. La colazione era decente, con la tipica cucina italiana. È stato un po' sfortunato che non ci fosse il servizio fax e che la lavanderia indicata sul sito web dell'hotel non fosse effettivamente presente. Ho dimenticato l'orario di check-out, ma grazie al personale disponibile mi è stato concesso un late check-out e il servizio di deposito bagagli è stato ottimo.

The hotel is relatively close to the airport, but far from the city, the hotel room does not provide anything (no water), it takes about 15 minutes to walk out of the small supermarket, in fact, all good.
