My wife and I rushed to Plano TX after our daughter had an accident. We stayed the first three days at the Richardson Hilton Double Tree, a filthy hotel $120 per night with horrible service except at breakfast. Rooms are not made even if you ask them to. Two Coke cans an two half sandwiches cost us $32. So we moved to the Quality Inn at W. Plano Parkway. They gave us a $67 per night discount and a confortable 1- King-bed bedroom with many premium TV channels for free. They make the rooms everyday, ice dispenser is also for free as well as a basic breakfast with boiled eggs, sausage, cereals or waffles, yogurt and coffee. Place is always pristinely clean. Restaurants and stores are at walking distance and many more around the corner on Preston Street. But the best of this hotel is the courteous, personalized 5-star attention we enjoyed from James at the desk. I'd recommend this modest great place to anyone not looking for luxury but to make sure that all your needs are covered to your satisfaction and that, if walking the extra mile is needed, they will gladly do it for you.

We came here for a friends wedding. The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was also very nice. Great service! The only thing we saw was a little bit of an issue was the drains in both shower and sink. They were very slow to drain the water.

This hotel is in a spectacular location. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!! I can not wait to return. Fantastic customer service, extremely clean, and perfect location. The rooms are nice and extremely comfortable. The only thing I was not a fan of is the the restroom barn door style. If the door was completely closed to one side then you could still see through the crack of the other side. Also, they charge for Wi-Fi. However, I have nothing negative to say about the hotel. I would recommend it and God willing will return.

My husband and I live in the local area and stayed here 10 nights while we were having a remodeling project done on our house. We really enjoyed our stay. The one-bedroom suite was enough space for us and for him to do remote work. Housekeeping service comes in every 3 days and changes bedsheets, vacuums, empties trash, restocks itrms. But if you need items in between those cleanings, the front desk will provide. Breakfast is available every morning, and there is a nice selection - eggs, potatoes, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, sausage, bagels, etc. There was a swimming pool, which was clean and maintained and laundry facilities on the 2nd floor. I would certainly stay here again if a need arises.

Was recently/currently being remodeled from La Quinta to Four Points. Things are updated but the people making installments are doing a poor job! There are small boxes of equipment left in the rooms as if the crew will be back to finish installing things. The drapes in my room have slits in them clearly from a box cutter. The owner should be made aware that they are spending all this money to rebrand to a Marriott and the crew hired to do the cosmetic changes are doing a poor job. There are lamps in my room, one with a bright white light and one with a bronze glow. There are only 2 nightstand lamps and one on the desk. Lighting in the rooms is for anyone looking for a dim-lit ”romantic” atmosphere. I rated the hotel ”very good” because overall the hotel looks great. But there are things that need to be brought to the attention of the owner/management; like maybe adding a floor lamp to the rooms would add more light and to walk the rooms and look at the ”damage” caused by the crew working the re-branding standards and instruct them to be more careful when opening packages and to not damage the inventory.
