My partner and I have just had the pleasure of staying here for the last week and I have to say it’s been amazing, from start to finish!! The staff here are quite simply amazing, from the first minute you walk through the door you are met with smiles and a professional attitude that resonates throughout the whole hotel It was our anniversary and the hotel went all out to ensure that we were welcomed with open arms Roule, Antonis, Christos and George fed us many beautiful cocktails through the week, the hotel is lucky to have these great staff! But truly from every aspect, the hotel has just got it right. Service, location, food…..we left already looking when we could come back Truly thankful to all involved for making our holiday so great Thankyou Asterion suites

We came to Asterion on our honeymoon and it went above and beyond our expectations. We wanted sun, sea, and relaxation and we got exactly that. The beach is a stones throw form the resort. There are bar men waiting to take your order from early till late. They even bring the drinks pool or beach side to you. The room was immaculate on arrival and housekeeping kept it that way our entire stay. Each afternoon we would get a knock on the door from the staff asking was everything ok and proclaiming “chocolate time”, and we would then be given a small bar of chocolate. Upon arrival we were given wine and cake (unsure if this is common practice or just because we were on honeymoon) which was very thoughtful and enjoyable. The food was amazing. Prepared fresh everyday. Buffet style breakfast with plenty of choices from hot food, cold food and fresh fruit. Lunch was a la carte but plenty of options. Dinner was a choice of buffet or a la carte. Both have great options. The lamb shank stood out for me on the a la carte dinner menu. The staff could not do enough for us on our stay. The most friendliest of people I’ve ever met on my travels. They continuously went above and beyond our entire stay. I have very little to no criticism of our stay as it hit the nail on the head with what we wanted. If you’re looking for rest and relaxation this is the place for you. We got the all inclusive package to ensure we didn’t need to leave the resort. Many thanks to George and all at Asterion for the amazing time and we hope to get back again next season.

The food, service and quality of the stay was excellent and allowed us to fully unwind during our time here. Lovely, low-key design hotel with beautiful spacious suites by the sea. Tranquil setting. Lovely, large pool. Fabulous, fresh breakfast buffet. Very chill and easy-going bar by the pool with super friendly staff. The spa too was a nice surprise. All the hotel staff went out of their way for guests. Perfect spot for a relaxing holiday within easy access to Chania.

Me and my wife were talking about unreal this place was last year and realised I didn’t leave a review! We came here June 2023 for my wife’s 30th and it didn’t disappoint. They even did the room out in balloons and a cake without asking! The staff are so attentive and can’t do any more for you. The food and drinks were really really good and just overall the perfect get away close to Chania. We would 100% recommend this place over and over again. Also, George the manager is the best! Love you George ＜3

Asterion Suites & Spa is beautiful and so tranquil. The pool area is perfection, my room was clean and spacious, and the food was delicious and so fresh. The staff were really warm and welcoming, and so organised when I had a medical emergency. They sorted a taxi and doctor's visit so swiftly in the middle of the night - and all kindly checked up on me the following day. Highly recommend for a relaxing, wellness-focused getaway!

We had the most wonderful short stay at Asterion Hotel. The staff were welcoming from the moment we arrived and throughout our visit, ensured that we had everything we needed. A special shout-out to the incredible bar staff, Roula, Giorgos, Antonis and Chris whom provided a 5 star service as well as delicious drinks. We will definitely return to this wonderful place as the overall atmosphere is relaxed yet luxury. The facilities are brilliant, and both myself and my partner had a deep massage, chosen from an expansive treatment list. My only constructive criticism would be that tea and coffee making facilities are included in the room, however there was a lack of cutlery provided (eg spoons to stir the coffee!) Thank you Asterion Hotel for our wonderful break and we hope to see you all again soon!

Beautiful views that were just steps away from the beach. We enjoyed the hotel felt “smaller” (in a good way) and was a boutique feel. We had a room that overlooked the ocean, others had private (or connected) pools and/or small living rooms. The staff were also super friendly and welcoming. The morning breakfast was an amazing way to wake up.
