A great hotel! I was on a business trip and it literally became a vacation trip for me because of the hotel! Amazing pool areas, very cozy room and a balcony that I sincerely enjoyed every evening of my stay. There was great hotel service whatever I needed and the bar was a very pleasant surprise, especially when they had live music. Amazing experience We were on our honey moon and we definitely didn’t expect that it will be a dream comes true! We had our hopes up, but this hotel definitely exceeded our expectations. We asked for a double bed upon the arrival and they gave us one with a great view over one of the pools that we enjoyed for ten days. Gardens and pools were like a small piece of heaven on earth! Staff was amazing! Location Is perfect, close to everything in walking distance, but still quiet and relaxing day and night! We are so grateful that they made our honey moon one to remember.

I have to put five stars for Castle Suites Hotel because we had such a great time. We are a family of 5 people so it was difficult to find a comfortable apartment for all of us and this hotel met our needs last minute. Total value for money!!! Kids were super exited with all of the pools and we could have more time to relax and enjoy the amazing cocktails from the bar!!! If you are traveling with kids, I sincerely recommend this place!!!

We were on a family vacation with our kids and we absoluttely loved it! The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, the pool areas are heaven for children and adults and the restaurant definitly never disapointed. We warmly recomend this place!

This was our first visit to the hotel.We arrived late on a Monday evening and were shown to a room near the main road.We were not happy with the room quality and there were a couple of faults.On speaking to reception the lovely lady Maria will speak to the owners about our concerns.We met the owners 2 twin brothers Damiteras and Kostas.They took personal responsibility to get the issues fixed and arrange for us to be moved to a much nicer room with 2 bathrooms and right next to the middle pool in the complex.There were a couple of issues with the room but again the owners took personal responsibility and had them rectified immediately.We found the bed extremely comfortable.The staff are lovely and helpful and the live music with George most nights is excellent. I have given this rating because I was extremely impressed that the owners were so diligent in rectifying the issues.This is a large hotel complex with 3 swimming pools.Many thanks again to the owners and staff of the Hotel for making our holiday so enjoyable.

The people were great and the service they provided i cant complain about at all. The room were ok nothing special at all but the bathroom was small and the showers were really small allmost so you didnt fit inside it.
The construction of the shower were to close to the toilettseat also so the walls couldnt keep water in so the whole bathroom were wet.
The gym was a joke tho. The treadmill didnt work, the exercise bike didnt work fully either, were more a gym for lifting weights only so a big minus on that one. Pool area was ok. I wouldnt say 4 star more like a 2 plus or max 3 star hotell.

Jedyny plus tego hotelu to w miarę zadbany ogród i 3 baseny, jednak sama strefa basenowa ma niewiele miejsca na leżaki. Pokoje w tragicznym stanie. Skorzystaliśmy z oferty biura podróży gdzie była wzmianka o wyremontowanych pokojach. Niestety pokoje remont przeszły chyba 20 lat temu. Wszędzie grzyb, brudne podłogi, pajęczyna. Pościel i ręczniki zmienione raz podczas tygodniowego pobytu. Łazienka chyba jest w najgorszym stanie, nie dość, że bardzo mała i cieżko dostać się do kabiny prysznicowej. Sam prysznic mikroskopijnych rozmiarów. Fugi na podłodze czarne od brudu, gdzieniegdzie rdzawe ślady. Woda spod prysznica zalewa całą łazienkę, a podczas spuszczania wody w toalecie w pokoju wyżej, wszystkie „zapachy” wydobywają się przez odpływ wody. Brak kosmetyków, choćby mydła do rąk. Przy recepcji stałe unosił się nieprzyjemny zapach z kanalizacji. Recepcja kiepsko radzi sobie z meldowanie gości, panuje chaos. Uwaga: do pokoi potrafią się dostać okoliczne koty i niestety załatwiają się w pokojach. Odradzam pobyt!

Ogólnie hotel ok, ładny zadbany czysty,pokoje sprzątane codziennie przestronne apartamenty. Nie miałem śniadań to nie wiem. Ludzi w hotelu nie jest dużo więc tłumów nie ma co dla mnie na plus bo nie jest to moloch, świetna lokalizacja piękne ogrody. Jedyny minus co cena klimatyzacja jedna 10 euro za dzień a jak chcesz dwie jednocześnie to 16 euro dziennie co według mnie jak na 4 gwiazdki jest słabe. Już cena mogłaby być wyższa. Do poprawy łazienki w pokojach głównie prysznic z którego leje się woda na całą łazienkę. Raz była awaria i nie było wody 2h , szybko naprawili. Polecam restauracje Therino na plaży świetne jedzenie i blisko hotelu . W hotelu byłem przez TUI
