Beautiful hotel, really great location, close to the beach, restaurants, shops. The rooms are nice, spacious, with a balcony, plenty of room for two people. Staff could not be better. Im on oxygen with reduced mobility and the staff went out of their way to help in any way possible. The manager was so nice and friendly and a bit of craic too. He made an effort with everybody to be as helpful as possible. The bar staff were excellent. Girls on reception were lovely, as well as the entertainment girls. The staff really made the holiday. Lovely place!

Suelo hospedarme en este hotel todos los años en nuestras vacaciones de verano ya que me siento como si fuera en mi casa. Por la gran variedad de desayunos como en las cenas ya que tiene una parte de salón donde hay un personal que te puede hacer pescado, carne a la plancha y si tienes alguna alergia de alimentos pues hablas con el jefe de cocina y te facilitas que alimentos puedes cenar y te lo hace enseguida. Y todo el personal de este hotel incluido el de mantenimiento se nota que son unos grandes profesionales porque lleva muchos años en la hostelería y son muy ambles.

La ubicación es excelente, justo en la playa. El hotel se encuentra en buen estado y las instalaciones son buenas, en especial la terraza y la piscina. Las habitaciones son un poco anticuadas y pequeñas para ser un 4 estrellas. La cena buffet es muy completa. Destacar la simpatía de la recepcionista Tatiana y el excelente trato del camarero Roberto. En general ha sido una bonita estancia.

The S'Agoita punches above its weight for a three star hotel. Rooms are comfortable and the lifts are fast. Balcony fine. Pool looked fine though we did not use it. Situated right in the centre of Pladja D'Aro and only three minute walk to the beach. Plenty of restaurants around area. Breakfast was above expections providing Fruit, ham ,cheeses in addition to bacon, sausages and boiled eggs. The staff are exceptional. Will be happy to stay in the S'Agoita again.

We have just returned from a one week stay in one of the suites with private pool and very much enjoyed the whole experience. Platja d'Aro is a lovely town with beautiful beaches, only 3 minutes away from the hotel located in a quiet and peaceful area. Overall our stay was lovely and peaceful, very restful and as it was early in the season, the town and the beach areas were quieter. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, every staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful and efficient. We had breakfast each day, lunch on one occasion and dinner in the restaurant a couple of times and enjoyed every experience, the mussels were a particular hit! The terraces and pool area is great, no doubt entertaining for the children, but peaceful enough for the adults to chill and the pine trees made for a lovely setting. Our suite was very nice, such a clever use of space with the various zones. The bed was comfy and although there was a lounge and TV we never used it, choosing to sit outside by our own little pool which was so enjoyable to have. We would be happy to stay agin and to recommend.

This lovely hotel is in a class of it's own.We stayed for a week and cannot fault the friendliness and service that we received. Nothing was too much trouble for the wonderful staff.The bedrooms had everything you could want,plenty of space and great bathroom. The breakfast was brilliant, such a choice. Lovely pool area,with plenty of sunbeds.Hotel is in a great position, almost on the beach,minutes away from the restaurants and superb shops. Once again I will thank all the lovely staff who made our holiday perfect.

It’s our first day at this hotel and we already regretting that we choose it for our vacation. I choose it because I have read so many good reviews about the place. But everything went wrong from the first touch which was reception. The lady wasn’t welcomed at all. I love Spain and Spanish people a lot, they are all so kind and always energetic and helpful. But here we felt unwelcome like we have entered that lady house and she didn’t want us to stay here. After that we find out that we got a room with a view over the taxi pick up point, with dirty floor, dust over the shelf’s, fungus inside of the shower, only one garbage bin which not even opening, hairdryer which is working 2 min and after switching off, flys and spiders in each corner of the room. Even the bed linen is torn. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone.
