Great customer service! Room was a decent size. Breakfast was good. I enjoyed the fact that we can order our eggs how we want vice getting scrambled from the buffet.easy to get Uber and taxi. We walked one night from the town square where the chriatmas market was and it took us about 30 minutes. Short drive to Schindler factory and jewsih walls. About 30 min drive to Salt mine.

The location is great, only a few minutes walk from the train station, and near the old city. The breakfast is delicious.

Отель понравился, но находится далековато от центра и к отелю очень специфический заезд, если не знать как ехать, то придется идти к ресепшен метров 200. Так как навигатор ведет таксиста к шлагбауму, который относится к жилому дому и открыть его администрация отеля не может. Только опытные таксисты знают как ехать. Номера свежие, новые. Все чисто, комфортно, хорошая ванная комната. Есть шторы Блэк аут что очень важно если хочешь отдохнуть после тяжелой поездки. В отеле качественные завтраки. Девочки на ресепшен клиентоориентированные. Нам сделали ранний чек ин, так как мы приехали рано утром с поезда и были очень!!!! Уставшие, но нас пошли навстречу и заселили. За что я бесконечно благодарна. Отель однозначно рекомендую. Но до центра добираться не очень удобно. Автобусная остановка рядом.

Hebat dari ucapan pertama hingga perpisahan! Kakitangan yang ramah yang berusaha lebih untuk mengalu-alukan anda dan membantu dalam apa jua cara yang mereka mampu. Bahasa Inggeris yang sempurna; Orang British teruk dalam bahasa lain, berdasarkan pengalaman saya. Tiada apa yang boleh dibanggakan 😌 Biliknya sangat menakjubkan. Sebuah hotel yang sangat baharu, jadi semuanya masih asli. Mungkin tempat paling pintar yang pernah saya diami. Tenang - saya rasa ia kalis bunyi dengan baik; tiada orang lain yang mendengar - seperti kami hanya mempunyai lantai untuk diri sendiri. Kawasan kaunter penerimaan tetamu dan bar/kafe mesra, menghidangkan snek dan kopi yang hebat. Tidak menggunakan kemudahan makan, tetapi kawasan itu kelihatan sangat bagus, di Aras -1. Perlengkapan mandian berkualiti sangat baik. Tuala dan cadar mewah. Mesin kopi Nespresso Peti Sejuk Penapis air/'cerek'. Tidak boleh menyalahkan apa-apa. Saya akan mencuba hotel Tribe yang lain dan berharap ia akan mempunyai standard yang sama.

Very nice location in the historic area of Krakow. As there is no reception, checkin is done through e-reception which is an interesting solution. Rooms are very clean and despite being surrounded by nightlife the rooms are quiet.

I had a comfortable stay at this hotel. The check in and check out were smooth, the hotel is located in a great location in the jewish district of Krakow. The room was a bit not to my expectations because I didn’t have the city views as mentioned and it didn’t make sense to pay extra for the balcony. I think at least a chair and a table on a balcony would improve the experience.

When we arrived the water thing was broken in the bathroom and we had to call for mechanic to fix it. Additionally the window did not fully close , kinda bad when outside it is -10 c. BUT : GREAT STAFF!! Super helpful, very kind. Location close to central station and center (10min walking). I would stay again for that.

What an excellent hotel with a warm historic ambience and lovely staff. I loved the special antique decor and dark wood. Good place to stay if you don’t know where you are as it’s very central-a short walk to the main historic square and a short walk to the modern three-story shopping mall—Galleria Krakova I think it’s called. There are trams right outside. Take them. If you get lost, use the Bolt App and order a taxi. There are even a few goldfish in the back beer garden with big umbrellas which must be festive in the warmer months. There’s a lift. My room was spacious with high ceilings. The bed was big and comfy. There was also a sofa, desk, plenty of hanging space, 🧥 fridge and kettle with coffee/tea options - very handy. The assorted breakfast buffet was divine. So much to choose from: 🍵 , ☕️ 🍊 🍏 🍪 🍳 🥓 🧀 🫕 🥗 🥣 🧁 🥛 🧃 The staff were all very kind and helpful. The in-house masseur gave me a very good massage. The reception staff helped me pronounce Chocholowski which sounds like Hoho Woof Ski so just picture Santa and a dog skiing to get to the spa in the Tatra Mountains. Something for next time. It leaves you with a good feeling to stay here. 🌞🧳🌞

Great rooms, whole hotel very clean and newly refurbished. Staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy, air con great, bathroom excellent. Love the walk in shower! You can walk north west through the parks, to the main square in ten minutes, or south east to the Jewish quarter. Only slight issue is that the breakfast was...... OK. Not wonderful. After a few days, we always headed out for breakfast. There's plenty of electric scooters and bikes for hire at the end of the street, you'll need the app for these.
