Plage paradisiaque Nourriture pas très diversifiée mais plutôt correcte pour l’offre cubaine

Fue una excelente experiencia. Vivo en Cuba y reconozco el esfuerzo que realizan todos los trabajadores del Hotel para mantener un nivel de servicio capaz de satisfacer al más exigente de los clientes. De manera general me sentí muy bien. Un solo elemento, que no me gustó fue el acoso de cubanos luchadores en el área de la playa. Este elemento es muy desagradable y siembra inseguridad en los clientes del Hotel.

Cadre idyllique, plage magnifique, espaces communs propre et agréable. Personnels correct et agréable. Le buffet était plutôt bien, il y avait beaucoup de choix, plats chauds, aliments bon et de qualité. La chambre laisse un peu à désirer, pas hyper propre, le nettoyage était fait en surface mais pas en profondeur. Bon séjour dans l’ensemble ! ☺️

My wife and I stayed in this hotel from July 27 to August 3 and our experience was fabulous! The staff walk the extra mile to help you in anything you need, starting with the Hotel Director Raul Garcia, the PR Manager Sara Irarragorri and everyone in the place. Special thanks to the sous-chef Yusodni Valdes, who is a real cuisine artist, and to Yuneisy Valdes, who entertains you every day, day and night! I wrote a post in my social media that describe what means for us this amazing Cuban jewel: Memories Trinidad del Mar, the colonial town caressed by the waves of the Caribbean. Cobbled streets, colonial squares, endless corridors or portals, multicoloured buildings with soaring ceilings and red tiles. An almost exact replica of the centre of the city of Trinidad, in the province of Sancti Spiritus, Cuba, on the shore of the Caribbean Sea and next to Casilda Bay. The Memories Trinidad del Mar hotel is a true architectural gem that transports you half a century back in time, to the time of the Spanish colony, while you enjoy white sand beaches practically at the foot of the mountains of El Escambray, where the legendary Commander Che Guevara had his headquarters during the time of the Cuban revolution. Located on Ancón Beach, in the south-central area of the island, this hotel, which is just over 20 years old, is a unique tourist destination that combines beach, mountains and colonial architecture. The hotel is really nice ! The weather was great and the rooms are clean. If you have one on the side it may have a little bit of ants but they are not dangerous. It has climatisation in each room wich is nice when it is 40° C outside haha. The beach is also very clean and the wather is nice compared to other places.
