Great place for holidays with kids. Pools for every age. Activities throughout the day. Superb breakfast. Very close to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets. A lot of things to do and see on the island.

Absolutely phenomenal! We came here on our first family holiday, and will definitely be returning next year. The food was absolutely amazing for me and my husband, but even better for the kids, they had a kids buffet which caters for kids with pasta and chips. The rooms were lovely, we didn’t actually spend much time in the room but we did have a leak in the bathroom I rang reception and someone came and fixed it within 20 minutes. That’s brings me into the staff who were outstanding! They went above and beyond, the hotel staff were really friendly but the tui reps were on another level! The amount of effort they put in every day all day for the kids was amazing! They also did entertainment for adults like water polo and Aqua fit. Like I said before we will definitely be returning here next year without fail!

This is the third consecutive year that we've come to this resort but I don't think we will be returning. Its such a shame as it was amazing when we first came. The food is ok at best but the entertainment is massively lacking. One rep trying way too hard on stage, which makes the others visibly uncomfortable. Aquafit is a dance routine now, no fitness involved - you leave the water feeling more relaxed than when you go in! And the evening entertainment has a big focus on toddlers, then straight to adults quiz etc. Nothing for children from age 6 upwards. A simple disco with lights etc would be great. The sound system also needs fixing, you can't hear what's being said from poolside and in the evening all we could hear was the catteries and banging feet of the flamenco dancers, no music at all. In addition to this, what's with the cocktails! Where has the alcohol gone and why is the pina colada separating immediately? Its like a liquid with a frothy top. Really not great, and lots of new faces

Very happy with our stay, other than when I asked to upgrade to all inclusive I was told at reception that I had to pay for every day until I left plus nearly 230€ for the New Year’s Eve meal that we didn’t want! We ended up paying for the restaurant as we used it per meal.

Nice apartment complex. Convenient for the beach and town. Lovely sea view from the upper level apartments and very private. Apartments had everything we needed for a short stay. Clean, tidy and comfortable without being luxurious. Standard of decor was good but probably in need ofca bot of a refresh. Very competitive price. Would definitely use again.

structure with excellent value for money. The holiday was very positive and I therefore confirm that it is worthwhile.
The only discordant note is the staff in charge of the restaurant, if you do not have the bracelet of 'all inclusive are quite rude and despite having dined (half board) every night, every time the same manager asked me why I did not have the bracelet and to give him the proof that I could dine (special sheet). Instead the waiters were always very polite.

Amazing place and great sea view from our room. Easily walkable to many restaurants and shops. However, in true Spanish style, most do not open until around 10-11am, early birds like us need to plan accordingly.

Check in took a lot longer than expected but quite a few people arrived at once… we loved the apartment had everything you could need even bottle of water in fridge… quite modern and great views of the sea and pool area we were in A10 … there is everything you need rite on your doorstep beautiful beach …resteraunt shops pubs … then lots more a short walk away into the town you can also get the ferry here into fuertavetura and if you walk about 15 mins more you come to the harbour which is beautiful lots to do there to… had a fab time great hotel great location !!
