Boutique Hotel H10 White Suites - Adults Only

We moved here after extending our trip in Playa Blanca and I have to admit after the “die hard” fans of the Timanfaya palace were trying to ward us off staying here with comments such as “you won’t beat the Timanfaya palace” I was a little worried. HOWEVER! This hotel absolutely trumped the Timanfaya palace for us! It’s clean, stunning and two pools and a hot tub - maybe we were just better suited to the boutique appeal of this place. Breakfast was modern with a better layout, more intimate and well designed with beautiful decoration. The food options we felt were much better in comparison - toasties, crepes, English and Spanish bacon , 3 types of sausage then the continental options even porridge!! Much more choice of fruit juices and refreshments and these also tasted less sweet than Timanfaya. The pool area is well thought out with a great pool bar from 10:30-00:00 - they had a couple of singers on during the day whilst we stayed there and they were fab! The only gripe about the pool is that the shallower / warmer one was in need of a repaint or a bit of maintenance as there were quite significant chips in the paint work which made it look grubby. But aside from that great service and padded sun loungers which made it super comfortable to relax! You can also book the additional pagoda area which includes a bottle of cava and you can get snacks served there too. Staff were friendly, extremely helpful and kind and could not do enough for us! We even received a welcome gift on arrival. The bar areas are great and this hotel is perfect for those who like a bit more luxury and not as many people! The hotel is small and boutique as described but we were absolutely blown away by the service etc. It’s a 5 minute walk from the hotel to the seafront and if you turn left you can walk to Marina Dorada easily which has a great selection of upmarket restaurants and clothing stores and a market on Weds and Sat! We highly recommend Lani’s bar for their house DJ and snacks on a Weds! If you turn right on the seafront you end up walking into Playa Blanca and there are plenty more less expensive food options over here as well as sandy beaches, bars and lots of things for families to do! All in all we would definitely return to this hotel in the future as it was fantastic!

Absolutely fantastic stay from the minute you walk in to the last goodbye everything was just fantastic. The reception staff were so helpful and welcoming, gave us a glass of Cava while we checked in. The lovely porter tool our bags to our room, which was beautiful. Absolutely spotless and very roomy. The bathroom was huge with the fluffiest towels and bathrobes and slippers. I can honestly say I haven’t slept in such a comfy bed in a hotel ever. The rooms were cleaned every day the lady changed the towels daily and the bed every 3rd day. The food was great with something different every day and all beautifully fresh. The waiters were so smilingly and polite it was a pleasure to go down to breakfast. The pool area and bar were also spotless . With plenty of sun beds and not a towel for a reserve in site! I can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend Whites Suites to anyone.

Best hotel we have stayed in for a while ,we got upgraded to pool view suite which was superb . Food excellent plenty of choice Excellent location can walk right to old town left rubicon marina Staff friendly can’t do enough for you Everywhere was spotless We will be back thank you white suites for making our stay so good

I was not going to write a review. But I need to write a warning First the hotel has a lot of positives. Too many to list However .The food can be hit or miss . Probably will not wow you . But my main disappointment was I booked a room with a Garden View. (See pic. ) As we often like to sit and read in the afternoon . But in my wildest imagination did I expect to get a view of waste ground and car park would be described as a Garden view

I’m not writing this to be critical, I was just so disappointed. When you read boutique and 4star you have expectations. We usually stay at the Barcelo adults only hotels, and in the future that’s where we will be going. We thought we needed to try something different and this looked really nice. On arrival we waited for our room which we expected and when we did get our keys and opened the door it’s smelt so damp, like it had been cleaned to make it smell nice but didn’t cut it. The damp was showing through the wallpaper.It was so disappointing I can’t tell you how we felt, this was for my husband’s birthday we always go away, and we never go cheap but for what we paid for 6 days it was not up to scratch. So you don’t think I’m being unreasonable I have attached photos do you can judge for yourself if this is indeed 4star boutique.

We spent 7days/nights here at the beginning of August! We had an amazing week! The staff were amazing and very friendly! From check in with Marcel on our arrival to check out on our last day we were looked after and loved every second! Our room was clean and spacious and was cleaned every day to a high standard, fresh towels were provided regularly. On my husbands birthday we went back to our room to find a bottle of fizz, box of chocolates and a personalised note writhing him a happy birthday (lovely touch and truly appreciated) The pool area was great and we never had any issues getting sunbeds despite not being up at the crack of dawn every day. The pool bar snacks and drinks were great and we ate here 4/7 days we were there. The main restaurant was good, breakfast was amazing and although we always found something to eat that we liked we a little disappointed with the food in here. The restaurant was always clean and tables were cleared promptly after people left. We are in the Italian restaurant once during our stay and was impressed with the food and service in there. The entertainment was great, not always to our taste but good all the same and couldn’t be heard from our room which was great. We particularly enjoyed the pool DJ! Entertainment was in short bursts so if you were there for a quiet relaxing holiday then it wasn’t go invasive of your time. Cocktails were great along with the extensive choice of branded spirits. Often our drinks were replenished as we were getting to the bottom of the last drink We were happy with the shower room provided on our last day due to later leaving time than we are used to. All in all we had a very relaxing holiday!
