Casa Swell Coronado A Unique Blend of Luxury and Nature in the Hearth of Coronado

This place is an awesome stay! Very quiet and a quick walk to a nearby point break! Some good restaurants nearby with perfectly clean facilities. Such a great place that we extended our stay! 10/10 host is extremely knowledgeable as well about the area

I could not recommend this place more. Jay and Eva have created such an incredible oasis here. The rooms are beautifully done and so comfortable. The pool area has everything you need, lots of sitting options from hammocks, day beds to swinging chairs and music to set the mood. The kitchen and lounge area is amazing and has all the comforts you need. And when it comes to hospitality, they make you feel so welcome and are just incredibly helpful. We came for 3 nights and stayed 8 ;) The surf break was a huge draw as well, great to get back into it and the perfect wave with a 250m ride all the way to the beach. We didnt have a car and that was ok for us as we just wanted to surf and chill but if you want to explore at all, a car is probably a good option. I would 100% recommend Casa Swell and we are definitely sad to be leaving. We will be back... Thanks Jay and Eva

I had a great stay for a night in between my tours of Panama! Silva was the best host possible, the facilities are beautiful and wonderful, and there's so much nice things there to do, or not do and just enjoy the positive vibes! Thanks so much for having me! Delicious breakfast too, I highly recommend it!!

We can not even put into words how impressed we are with not only the resort itself but the generous knowledge and service we received from Jay and Eva. We planned a trip to stay in Coronado after some research ourselves to look at possible relocation (and of course a vacation) Jay was always very quick to respond to any questions we had and provided us with honest answers and people to help us with our requests. (Realtor, Lawyer, Car Rentals, Taxi Services, Airport Transfers just to name a few) Our experience with all these services Jay recommended were all 5 star service as well. Jay went above and beyond daily giving us recommended itineraries that met our interests with restaurants to try, new beaches, different areas to visit, hiking etc with exact google locations. Tips on where to turn, where to park and exactly what we needed to know to make the most of our day. I watched Jay do this same thing daily with ALL his guests. Both Jay and Eva are super eager to help in any way they can. I wish i could take them on all my vacations to receive the service they provide. They have raised the bar in the hospitality sector!!! Ok now the resort itself.....absolutely incredible the little oasis they have created! Clean, secure, chill music playing, relaxing ambience, loved the fountain in the pool, hummingbirds everyday (my fav), our night walks to the beach to watch the sunset (less then 5 min walk) I could carry on forever so lets just say this. Casa Swell is THE place to stay!

This was our second trip to Panama, and Casa Swell was the perfect location for our getaway! I truly can't say enough about our stay and experience. I surprised my husband for his 65th birthday with a stay here, and believe me when I say the pictures and videos are great, but experiencing it in person is another world!! We loved the hotel ambiance and atmosphere. It was quiet and tranquil, which is what we were looking for. The owner, Jay, was the absolute BEST. He is very hospitable and makes you feel welcome. He took us on a private tour, and his knowledge of the area was amazing. There was no way we would have seen and learned so much with our limited time this trip. Jay made it all possible. From the daily homemade breakfasts, the walking distance to the beach, the amazing pool, advising on restaurants and taxis, he took great care of us. We will definitely be returning to Casa Swell when we're in Coronado. We have already started telling family and friends that Casa Swell is a MUST! You won't regret it.

Great place for a relaxing beach vacation. The resort only has 5 rooms so it would be great for a family retreat. The area (Coronado) consists almost exclusively of really nice villa-type second vacation homes. The owner, Jay, was very welcoming and was spot-on with recommendations of places to visit in the area. Don't expect someone to be waiting on you hand and foot. I don't mention that as a negative but to inform those who are considering the property. Our visit was like staying with a friend even though it was our first time we had stayed there. The common areas were decorated quite well with couches, hammocks and an area to dine. We had full access to a well equipped kitchen next to the pool. The beach is a 5 minute walk. I have been to beaches all over the world and this one is quite unique. It has swirls of very fine black sand and white sand. However, we saw no restaurants/bars on the beach.
