Perfect for a short stay. You will find all the basic amenities you could need. Receptionist very friendly.

Parfait pour rester une nuit ou quelques jours près des attractions de las playa del america. Le logement était propre simple mais fonctionnel. Attention le wifi est payant et assez cher autant acheter une carte avec data.

Very impressive. I'd read some terrible reviews on this place however I found our room very clean, bedding was clean, we had mattress covers and pillows covers, plenty of cutlery, clean bathroom friendly staff. Not very noisy either. Pool area clean also. Couldn't fault anything.

Came for a 5 nights holiday with some other couples and was an average stay. The rooms are basic and unclean, especially the bathrooms. The beds are uncomfortable and the fan is very loud, barely making the room any colder. The pool are is lovely, the drinks & food are good too. Everything is an extra charge, WiFi, remote for the TV, room card etc. Location is okay. Takes around 5 minutes to walk to the Veronica’s *****, 15/20 to the beach and then again 15/20 to get to the main part of Playa De Las Americas. Overall, we got a good deal for our 5 nights stay but I wouldn’t stay here again. Definitely needs a refurbishment.

So after reading loads of reviews we were a little bit worried as it was booked as a cheap we get away for a week before baby arrives, After arriving I could not be happier we were room 319 gets the sun in the morning and slept peacefully every night, rooms are dated but we knew that coming and again you’re hardly in the room anyway, beds are 2 single beds just so people are aware, didn’t realised you could put the fan up levels till the last day ♂️most of days went to beach so can’t really judge pool area the few times we were there didn’t have an issue, very strong smell of grease from the snack bar at the pool which put us off ordering anything, prices a little bit high to but again could not fault these apartments Would recommend after our experience

Stayed here in for 5 nights with friends apartment very basic but okay for a cheap base. The only thing I would recommend amending is having put down a deposit for everything in the room eg €10 for the remote to the tv, €5 for a spare key card and a €30 per person refundable deposit for the room. I asked a member of staff if they had been handed in a pair of AirPods that had been left in the room once we had checked out and was quickly dismissed and no further help was given.

Not bad apartment’s, although we did change room as we was on the main road to start with and the traffic was so load until 2.30am and again at 5.30 am, We did request to be moved and they did move us the following day. Our new room was over the top side of the pool. Both rooms were basic but clean there were plenty of crockery and cooking utensil’s, kettle toaster and coffee maker. Cooking hob could do with instructions as if you don’t use electric it was a little baffling to use at first. The rooms only have ceilings fans so was quite hot in rooms as it was 26 degrees int the night. Pool has plenty of sun-beds and the mats for them are €1 a day to use. Mixed ages go to this hotel so do expect it to have a bit of loud music with boom boxes round the pool in day. The apartment we had we didn’t really hear much of the young ones coming home in the early hours.

Cheap hotel. Extremely tired and poor facilities. A 2 star at best. Pool side food matching the 2 star. Too many groups of men. No not bring you children here. £60 room deposit, £25 for the safe, £1 everyday for a sun lounger. Lots of walking due to its location which I’m on the main road. Its cheap price attracts loud people with no regard. Not a peaceful or relaxing experience

We have been staying at these apartments for 12 years! We are gutted that the hotel seems to closing in may? It is always full and great location. It's such a shame😢the team at reception are always very helpful and friendly, always remember us!
