Our second visit of Palma and must admit I love it even more. The hotel is very well organised and clean. Our room got cleaned daily and even that April is very quiet month the pools were very well looked after. The food was nice but our favourite bit is definitely the kids disco. We came here to celebrate our son's 5th birthday and the best part of our 6day trip was the hotel entertainment. The DJ it's something different! Always smiling, super friendly and made our son and us feel special. If everyone loved their jobs as he does, holidays would be full with only great memories!!! Highly recommend the hotel and especially the kids programs for the youngest!

Really enjoyed the evening family entertainment ! The Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Reception staff were welcoming too. Good breakfast with a a wide selection of foods ( warm and cold). Look forward to returning in the future .

Stayed here for a week. The hotel was clean and functional, serving a good breakfast with something for everyone. Dinner was good as well - if not a little limited. We had a ground floor room overlooking the main pool area, which was serviced daily and good for our needs (a little nosy though). Had an excellent shower and the beds were okay. Beach access was great with the hotel being a short walk off the beach boulevard. Staff were friendly and nice, although we had one problem with the reception brushing us off when asking for help on excursions. Some ******* included a non functional safe in the room, but I believe that this needed to be paid for separately and not providing tea and coffee other than on the first day, which was a first for me. The hotel is in a very German oriented area, and whilst this is not a problem, we did see some very bad behavior going on outside the hotel. Please don’t let anyone tell you that this is an inexpensive holiday - far from it. Thank you the the Staff of the hotel and the Houm Plaza for an enjoyable stay.

We had a lot of fun. The service was very kind. The food was delicious. The hotel is located in a very good location. The staff is very nice. The rooms were clean. The only negative thing was the pull out bed was very uncomfortable. I am very happy to recommend it to others.

Very good especially the hot Ray Chocolate. Nice rooms and good food. Animation was very nice for adults and children. Close by the sea and shops. Great walks at the beach. A big shoutout to my main man Ray chocolate. Knows how to get along with the people. Very nice guy

Fantastic hotel, our apar**ent was perfect and had everything you need. The food was fantastic and very good quality, and the staff very friendly. The hotel was very clean and only 5min walking from the beach. Recomended 100% and we'll def come back! The only thing I was missing is baby food at the restaurant. As it is a hotel for families, I was expecting some kind of food for babies, like baby pouches, but they didn't have any. Also, no highchair in the apar**ent, which it would have been very helpful. They could provide one if they know there is a baby staying

We had so much fun with Ray Chocolate! He is a nice man full with positive energy and kindness. My kids loved being in the events held by him. We definitely recommend every family with children to try these events. Thank you Ray and hope to see you again next vacation!

Great hotel for family stay near the beach. Lots of restaurants in walking distance and beautiful beaches. Lots for the kids to do including kids club and disco with Ray! Would recommend getting breakfast included - well worth it! Rooms were clean and a good size and have a balcony.

The best experience it was the entertainment at night, high quality shows and the best animation, Ray and Marlin. It was so worth it !! Will come again just for the experience at night! So much fun. Jaime was also the best bartender. All the personnel was very friendly and helpful
