I reserved the Frida Kahlo room which is on the first floor. The room has a patio with a jacuzzi. Upon checking in, you are given toiletries in a cute red box. The room has a mini fridge, a Nespresso coffee maker with pods, a desk with a chair, a bench at the end of the bed and a safe. The bathroom has bars for those folks with mobility issues. The comfortable bed has a great duvet-type comforter. Pastries and coffee are served in the morning on the sixth floor. The hotel has an agreement with a beach club where you don't have to pay for the rental of the beach chair. Staff were very amiable including the housekeeper. Don't forget to try the Castillo bakery across the street. The hotel is at walking distance to Quinta Avenida. If big all inclusive hotels are not your cup of tea, the Morgana is a great choice.

Great location and the front desk is friendly and responsive. There was hammering above my room all day. I had the misfortune of dropping one of my contacts on the ground. When searching for it I noticed dust, hair, and red spots near the toilet. Eww! Oh yea, no cable or basic TV. Thank God Hulu came with my music subscription. The website says that you can request for the pool to be heated, according to the front desk that is not true. And the bar near the pool was truly missed.

Mein Zimmer war direkt an der Straße, ich konnte die ganze Nacht nicht schlafen. Trotz Fenster zu, war es enorm laut. Es ist die meistbefahrenste Straße in Playa del Carmen, super laut. Man wollte mir kein neues Zimmer anbieten (angeblich alles voll). Auch die Türe zum Zimmer: Super laut. Der Nachbar hatte einen Hund, der die ganze Zeit bellte, die Rezeption meinte nur "We are pet friendly!" - arrogant. Ich wollte früher auschecken, aber man weigerte sich mir ein anderes Zimmer zu geben. Das beste: Die Klimaanlage funktionierte zwei Tage nicht. Auch dort gabe es keine Entschädigung. Der Pool ist nicht nutzbar, klein und nicht in der Sonne. Hotel Personal arrogant und nicht hilfreich!

La hemos pasado de diez. Muy buena ubicación, a dos cuadras de la playa y una cuadra de la principal avenida. La cama espectacular, pudimos descansar y no se escuchaban ruidos. La limpieza y la atención fue excelente. Tuvimos un problema y lo solucionaron muy rápido, súper atentos. Altamente recomendable. Esperamos volver pronto.

Hotel Morgana, está em uma ótima localização, perto da quinta avenida e da praia, quartos de ótima qualidade, limpeza excelente, amplo, cama confortável. Pessoas do hotel, sempre bem atenciosos, prestativos. Indico sem duvidas o hotel, muito bom.

Primera vez en Morgana. Me encantó su decoración y servicio. Aunque lo mejor es la ubicación. Muy cerca de todo. Me quedé en Carlota, habitación interior sin ventanas pero muy agradable. Disfrute mucho. Buen café. Regresaré
