What an amazing time. Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. Hotel is very clean The breakfast - lots of choice from cold to hot with some items being cooked freshly while you wait Couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing time in a lovely hotel.

Stayed here with my partner in room 101, 19th - 26th September. After visiting Playa Del Ingles many times before we have always eyed up this hotel and we were so happy to be finally staying. The hotel has a gorgeous terrace on the front and as you step in to reception the chic boutique feel is carried through. Reception staff are fantastic and very very helpful. In the middle of the hotel there is a lovely atrium with a beautiful seating area that makes you feel like you’re in Miami! We were delighted to find out that we had been upgraded to a terrace room, having only booked a standard balcony room. Rooms were a fantastic size with the handy addition of a kitchenette and just as chic as the rest of the hotel. The terrace was a brilliant extra too! Our room being 101 meant we were right by the pool and all hotel facilities. We felt very lucky. The pool area is one of the best I’ve ever been to, chilled, chic, trendy and oozing with vibes - the perfect place to stay all day. There was a dj poolside one day which was brilliant and everyday the staff always came round free shots. During our stay the hotel hosted a staff social, which is where all guests were invited to meet and chat with the hotel manager and staff over free flowing cava and a live singer. Lovely touch and it really made you feel valued. Breakfast was a fantastic selection of meats cheeses, cooked options and pastries. Laura on the egg station is fabulous and will cook you scrambled, poached, fried as well as pancakes and waffles etc and they were always tasty. Oh there’s cava at breakfast too… Thank you gold for an outstanding week, we’re already looking at dates to come back!

Myself and my boyfriend had a weeks stay the start of September. We could not fault this hotel and had a great stay throughout. Staff were friendly and attentive, rooms were clean and modern. Breakfast was spot on with a buffet of good quality foods and also a chef to make fresh food of your choice. The pool area was comfortable and had plenty of beds to sunbathe on. Location was close to everything we needed. Would highly recommend this hotel! Thank you.

From the time we walked through the door of the Gold by Marina we we're treated so respectively & kind.Front of desk staff were alway courtious &friendly.We were given a upgrade to the superior junior suite & it was amazing & spotless clean & quiet The swing on the balcony was an added bonus & sat in every night for relaxation.The bathroom had the most fabulous herbal soaps & conditioners & shower gel & again spotless clean with an amazing bath, thankyou for the bath bomb it was an added treat !! The beds were spacious & comfortable with the choice of pillow of your liking. Breakfast was on anothet level, everything that you colud think of was on the menue.My choice being an omelette with plenty of fillings & delicious fresh bread on the side. This hotel has been the best we have ever had the pleasure of staying in.Plenty of sunbathing beds around the pool area & a jacuzzi & sauna on the 4th floor. Also plenty of other restaurants near by to visit.Walking distance to the beach with amazing waves. 10/10 to Gold by Marina would recommend toeveryone.

Wonderful from Start to Finish, we arrived late in the evening and were greeted with a friendly swift check in and a glass of Sparking Rose. The room was on 6 floor east facing corner and was Spotlessly clean, after a great nights sleep on comfortable beds we popped along the road to the very conveniently placed Supermarket next door and got all our self-catering supplies including the straight from the orange fresh Juice, (soon to become a daily routine). After a swift breakfast we had a pool day (one of many) plenty of very comfortable sun beds or loungers … our favourite was the Bali style loungers next to the splash pool the only ones that were ever totally full by 11:00 as there were plenty of free ones Everywhere else. Pool bar was very good and on the couple of occasions we had food there it was tasty and delivered quickly … they gad daily offers or specisl & frequent afternoon entertainment as well. We always returned to a cleaned room with towels as we needed them the sun-bed towels provided could also be changed at the poolside on a 1 for 1 basis ( by late afternoon the fresh pool towels had run out or nearly run out so at end of day we took ours to the room and changed them in the morning after the fresh towels arrived poolside). Cooking facilities in small kitchenette were adequate 2 hob rings, microwave, toaster, kettle and Coffee maker.. however the 1 thing that was needed was a spatula for flipping eggs or Bacon in the pan (we bought one for a euro and is now home with us), there a nifty but noisy pull out extractor fan over the hob which works extremely well but don’t expect to surprise your other half with a cooked breakfast! The bathroom was clean and the shower was huge with plenty of pressure, the rest was compact but adequate. I don’t think we spent a night in the hotel but there seemed to be a large number of people in the front bar area each night we returned having fun. The location is hard to beat with beach access and 3 major shopping centers within 200m of the Hotel itself, of which the most lively being the Yumbo Center, which also had a handy self service laundrette so you don’t need to pack for 2 weeks , as 40 mins will see a 16kg load washed and dried. On check out day we were very sad to leave this was mitigated by the fact that despite a 12:00 check out and our coach not arriving till 18:00 you can book a courtesy room for 30mins for a shower and a change clothes before picking your luggage up from the storage room in the hotel so we were able to spend another day on a Bali sun-bed around the pool Excellent we will be back here every time we come to Gran Canaria !

Absolute brilliant hotel, staff can't do enough for you. Rooms spotlessly clean and tended to daily. We were self catering (like to eat out) and our room had a fully functioning modern kitchen with everything you would need, we didnt use the restaurant bar but the food always looked and smelled amazing. Pool very clean and the comfy sunbeds and towels were provided free of charge. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return
