The room looks good however not comfortable. The pillow is very hard and i can’t sleep comfortably. The flooring also can cause injury as one of the floor plank is uneven. The toilet has a strong unpleasant stench don’t know why. The room need some maintenance to be done.

I stayed here for one night and had a really good experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a solo stay. Staff were friendly and helpful too. Definitely a pleasant short stay!

Clean and comfortable room. Hair dryer provided. Fast check in and check out. Only thing is that the door latch is missing so can’t lock the latch, only normal door lock.

Small room for one person. Good for short and sweet stay. Yep.

Bed side 2 sides dusty. Pillow dark and Looks dirty. Glass got a crack and they patch a tape over. Shower area should have Glassdoor to prevent water splatter. Very small room. Typical Japanese room style. Front desk don’t seem friendly. Hairdryer still need to go down front desk take. Not coming back. Almost wanted to change hotel.

Great room with good location which walking distance to many restaurants and convenient stores. Friendly staffs, worth the value of money. My first choice in JB

No bathtub included. What's unpleasant staycation. Can't sleep well due to can listen conversation next door.

Can find a lot of Chinese food nearby. Besides a supermarket.

Place is clean and also near from restaurants . But they put mug and coffee but no kettle inside the room you need to go outside near the lift to get hot water . Overall its a good hotel highly

Hotel location is good, the room is clean and tidy. Two minus point here: I'm unable to connect my laptop to the hotel Wi-Fi, and the shower water pressure is very low..

See comment posted on Google map. Overall bad experience with this hotel and with Trip.com. Did not help me to resolve the issue yesterday on a very thundery afternoon. Call team was unsympathetic and tried to kick me around like football. "(1) Gave poor simply because the wifi is very poor in the rooms. Caused by inadequate infrastructure, usage by many guests, lack of inhouse technicians, low responsiveness of telecom company, no regular planned and unplanned checking of internet capabilities by staff. (2) Hotel disbelieved my complaint initially, blaming on the weather. But after showing the hotel staff, including the manager, around with Ookla speed-test, they realized there was a BIG problem. In the morning which is now, they said the technician came last night. But I had sat in the lobby and walked around until 10.30 pm to catch hold of him. But to no avail. (3) Trip tried to solve the issue but given the heavy thunderstorm, full booking of most hotels in Masai and Permas Jaya, I have no where to go. Further, other hotels would charge high late booking fees. So it is not just a refund of fees. I may have to sleep outside the streets if I check out from here. (4) Will never to return to this hotel. Surprised that the hotel displayed plaque showing *********** rating of 9.1. But Trip, Booking and Agoda probably did not regularly cross-check or audit this hotel either via reviews or tele interview with hotels. Shame on Trip for being unable to help me even when I am Diamond moving towards Diamond+ end of the year. (5) Today is Sat. Manager is not around, probably off, and not working. Yesterday before he left for home in late afternoon, he had said that the receptionist would give me a report if the technician arrived and resolved the issue. But I was not told of anything. Now after chasing the hotel for response, they said the technician came last night at 11.00 pm. That was when there was a hand-over of duty to yet another receptionist. I had worked in the telecom industry for many years and had wanted to talk to the technician to see how I can help or be understanding. Now, it is a mysterious hantu who was said to have turned up. (6) After talking to Trip.com, they offered modification and refund and a compensation that cannot make up for my make-up booking elsewhere. The Trip.com team probably based in China, had a very unsympathetic attitude towards resolving the issue. I decided to use Agoda for my make-up booking."

Good location and easy access to hawker center. Parking is very easy. The room is comfortable as well.
