Ulasan Theaterhotel & Suites Wien

Due to Christmas holiday and Winter vacation period, we paid a rate of USD 202 per night (which is super expensive). Although the location of the hotel is excellent and the service of the receptionists/staff spectacular, the rooms are old and very below standard for the price. In addition, out of my 14 days in Europe, this was the one hotel which we were cold throughout the night. Heater was not good. If the hotel had been around USD 80-100 we would have given higher rating, but for a USD 202 per night hotel, it was very below standard

The hotel is perfectly located, close to the Parliament, the Rathaus and Hofburg palace. The personal is nice, will answer with a smile. The food at breakfast is fine for those used to Europe style breakfast. People from Asia, China will miss some usual dishes.

The staff is kind and helpful. The hotel is clean. There are food and supermarkets around which is convenient.

The room was spacious and comfortable. However, the air conditioner didn't work in the heat of over 30 degrees, so we had to use only one electric fan, which was quite tough. The breakfast buffet had the same salad every day (only tomatoes, cucumbers, and peppers), so there wasn't much variety. I think it's fine for a short stay. There are two supermarkets within a minute's walk from the hotel, so it's better to make use of them. But be careful, they are closed on Sundays. Also, the amenities were not very good. Only body soap was provided. Also, there were days when towels weren't changed, and days when toilet paper and body soap ran out but weren't replenished. Honestly, other than the location, it was a bit questionable...

We have stayed at this hotel several times. Convenient location, polite staff, clean rooms. The rooms are spacious. We will definitely come again. I recommend visiting.

The best thing was the room and the kindness of the staff. They attended to us quickly and helped us with everything. The breakfast was complete, although I would have asked for more variety of sweets. The location was perfect... 10 minutes walk from the Town Hall Square and with a tram stop 2 minutes away (line 2) that also takes you to the U3 metro that takes you to the airport. The building is somewhat old but fine.

Well located hotel but without air conditioning only fans I had to argue a lot about having a car park and walking back and forth between the car park and the hotel several times.
