Location is great. But room has room for improvement in terms of cleanliness. Visible Spots on the wall.

The hotel's location is its sole redeeming feature, being conveniently connected to a shopping mall. Beyond that, our 2-night stay was underwhelling. The beds were uncomfortable, leaving us with backaches. Towels were torn and lacked freshness. Breakfast was a letdown - a long queue at 9am, decent spread but below average tasting food that didn't change over 2 days. Parking wasn't free and validating our Touch 'n Go card for a parking discount (RM5 per entry) was a hassle. For the price, nearby hotels offer better value.

The room was obviously big and comfortable. We are really enjoying the breakfast, it was really good and delicious especially the beef stewed so yummy. The link with the mall was really helpful for us to buy baby stuff (TCE BABY EXPO 2025). Overall the service and the staff were terrific. Love the lift cause i don’t have to wait long hahaha. Hopefully, we can stay here again with our new family members soon👣🩵

Good location within mid valley southkey and fast to check in.  The security guards are helpful and always ready to open the doors for us.

Fantastic location with free water dispenser at every floor. Staff arranged birthday deco and free cake as requested. However, towels are very old and need to be changed.

Location is excellent as it is right on top of mid alley south key so it is very convenient. I like the bed and pilllow which are very comfortable. The breakfast spread is not very nice. The pool needs more cleaning as I see algae on the walls. The view is great though.

St Giles has always been our family favourite hotel whenever we needed a short break. But this time round, the room that we got was very dusty and had a wet musky scent as we enter. Plus the bath towels were very worned out and smells. I hope St Giles will maintain the cleanliness and housekeeping in the future.

Very good locations mid valley Southkey mall is just below the hotel. Love the stay here, breakfast was good although spread is almost same everyday.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is extremely convenient as it is right inside the shopping mall, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were also very helpful — they provided a shower chair for my mum, who is wheelchair-bound, which we truly appreciated. However, the breakfast was disappointing for a 4-star hotel. The food quality wasn’t very good, and replenishment was slow (including coffee) due to the crowd.

I always booked St Giles hotel to stay whenever I go JB with my mommy. Because she is an elderly person and she likes the convenience especially she can shop and unload our shopping items back to the hotel room whenever we want. And take a short rest and continue our dining and shopping journey again.

We had a relaxing stay at St Gile Southkey. The direct access to MidValley Mall, was the reason for our choice. The room was spacious and clean. However the crowd made the elevator wait time longer than expected. Will definitely recommend for quick weekend stay.

Big room with good facilities. The staff’s service here is amazing. All of them will greet you with a smile and very friendly.,

I recently stayed at St Giles Johor Bahru and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The service was good, the staff were friendly, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth. The room and hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable. For breakfast, the selection was quite good, and one highlight was the lamb curry, a dish that most hotels don’t usually offer. The only downside is the lack of dedicated parking for hotel guests. Parking is shared with the mall, which means it can be quite a walk to the hotel lift. On top of that, parking costs RM5 each time you exit and re-enter, which can be inconvenient for guests who need to drive frequently. Overall, St Giles JB is a comfortable hotel with good service and enjoyable food, but the parking arrangement could be improved.

St Giles hotel is well located beside Mid Valley South Key shopping Mall. Room is clean and staff are friendly.
