menempah bilik yang sangat besar kerana terdapat beberapa daripada kami dan katilnya sangat besar! betul-betul di sebelah jalan yang sibuk dan popular, menjadikan perkara-perkara yang begitu mudah untuk kami wanita! mudah dikesan dan daftar masuk lancar! perjalanan yang menyenangkan!

What a lovely hotel! The staff are so friendly, and there are many special amenities - such as warming pads, eye masks, excellent toiletries. Housekeeping provided fresh fruit and goodies every day. The location across the cable car is so convenient and also a nice walk to the main Russian street and square. Breakfast was also excellent. We highly recommend this hotel in Harbin. As foreigners, we were a bit apprehensive about the hotel but we got excellent international hospitality!! Thank you!

Location! Metro Line3 just cross the road , less than 100m. 5 stars service, super clean. Room cleaner did good job. The porter(Geoff) helped my son take our luggage to the lift of the Metro, very helpful. Facilities are good, my son likes the gym and pool table. The staff(Tina) of third floor introduced the facilities for us when we first got to the floor. Also  she reminded us to wear more if we want to go Ice and Snow World, very friendly. Good breakfast, all staffs are professional. Special recommend-frozen pear if you like iced espresso.

I had a great stay at the Habsburg Hotel. The location was great. Convenient for food and shopping options and located across the street from the ropeway and winter play activity area on the River. I especially enjoyed the morning breakfast with all the options. The highlight was Restaurant Manager Jenny. She always greeted me with a smile and too her time to talk with me about my day and the city of Harbin. Thank you Jenny!

Helpful staff like the bell captain Mr Gong, assisted me in every way since check in. Highly recommending everyone to stay here, centrally located, beautiful views w gr8 services

This hotel is very clean and in a great location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Their rooms are big and the house keeping staff are great, particularly Jenny. They also have a guest laundry.

1. Should provide a few clothes hangers; 2. Should provide hand tissues in Bathroom;  Otherwise, everything is perfect

I had a great pleasant stay. Extremely happy with the service provided by Tina.. took a picture of her name tag. She helps us a lot with our laundry. Very helpful and friendly lady. Thank you Tina.

Amazing hotel. I choose a river view king room. The view is amazing frozen river. The aircondioned is not functioning at night. So i have to open the window. The room is clean. The bed is amazing. Full amenities. Wide breakfast selections. I love the hot soy bean when in China. Great locations near Harbin Ropeway. Zhongyang Street & Tartar Mosque. Friendly staff except the lady receptionist never smile. But did her job.

One of the best hotel I have stayed in the whole China. Only thing to improve will be on the bar lounge area. Need to improve the quality of the cocktail drinks.

The hotel boasts excellent accessibility to public transportation, being just a few train stops away from the ice festival venue, with a cable car station castle and subway (Youyi Gong) conveniently located across the street. It is also within a short walking distance to the nearest mall, which offers a wide variety of dining options. Our family truly appreciated the location. Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted by a service officer—a lady who assisted us with our luggage to our hotel rooms. She exhibited a friendly demeanor and a commendable service attitude. Additionally, when we were departing, another staff member, whom I believe was named Geoff, helped us with our luggage into the taxi. His friendliness and willingness to assist were noteworthy. Despite the simplicity of their roles, it requires considerable effort to engage with numerous guests daily while maintaining a positive attitude, and they deserve commendation for their dedication. The hotel also features a laundry room with staff available to assist with laundry, which we found to be a thoughtful touch. I particularly enjoyed the additional fruits, tea, and desserts provided in our rooms after housekeeping, offering a delightful surprise after a long day of exploring. The breakfast buffet was generous and reasonably priced. The primary drawback of this hotel pertains to cleanliness. While generally tidy, being an older establishment, it could benefit from increased attention to detail, particularly with vacuuming the carpets. Replacing the carpets with vinyl wood flooring could mitigate dust accumulation and be easier to maintain. Overall, the cleanliness issue is not particularly critical, as we are not overly fussy. I believe the hotel's prime location and the exceptional service provided by the staff significantly enhance its value, and I would not hesitate to book this hotel again.

The Hotel Dining Supervisor, Yanhua Huang (Jenny), was very enthusiastic and provided us with a lot of useful information, showing great professionalism. Security staff member Ming Jiao (Geoff) was also very friendly and gave us much-needed assistance. The hotel room was clean and tidy, offering a great view—right outside the window was the Songhua River. I will stay at this hotel again if I have the chance.

Cigarette smell came from another room, clean room but cleaning mate not touch customer belong even empty water bottle stillnleave in room. Total score 9/10

Friendly staff,helpful staff. I felt welcome. Staff willing to go to the extra miles to help me with my doubt . Room is big. Cleanliness is great.
