The Tea Rose Inn at Plymouth

What a special place! Jane is a lovely host, the breakfast was delicious, our room was spotless ,the house is close to the Flying Monkey concert venue and the house is chock full of charm and endless things to look at. I would definitely go back!

Jane & Frank we’re amazing hosts! They were so welcoming. We felt so comfortable staying here. The room was decorated so beautiful and the bed so comfy. The breakfast was delicious and so were the sweet treats available to us 24/7 The location was perfect! It’s a safe area & just so cozy. I’d definitely stay here again! Me and my girlfriends first experience at a B&B, not really our style normally but we had an amazing experience! The owners are fantastic hosts and you can tell they truly love and care about their business. We had a wedding the night before so we accepted that we probably were not going to be lucky enough to have their home cooked breakfast, we stumbled down the stairs at 10:30 and they still insisted on making us breakfast before a few hour ride home, it was delicious! Expect some noise at night considering it’s in a college town, but 10/10 would recommend, it may not be everyone’s jam but it was very very clean and welcoming!

We were so looking forward to our trip until hurricane Ian put a stop to that... We made reservations at the Tea Rose Inn back in April and at that time because of the refund policy they had on the website it said to call to get their full refund policy and I was told at the time if it was due to an emergency or an act of God that our money would be refunded... Fast forward to hurricane Ian I called them to let them know that our trip had been canceled and they said well that's kind of short notice and I said well hurricane Ian didn't give us much notice... I was told that they could rent the room out for at least two of the nights which they did after checking their website... I was told by the wife that she would refund our money that she would not keep anyone's money due to a hurricane and it would be refunded at the end of the month but she would call me if there were any issues... I didn't find out if the refund would be by check or back to my credit card so I called and left a message they did not return my phone call so I sent an email and was told that they would not refund my money even though they rented that room out for at least two of the nights that we were supposed to be there that they would give a rain check.... They have lied from day one and I wouldn't stay at their bed and breakfast even with a rain check because at this point in time they can't be trusted... My advice to anyone that plans on staying here be sure that you don't mind losing your money because they will not refund your money for any reason...

Frank and Jane have thought of everything to make this B & B so unique. We only stayed one night while passing through but we felt so comfortable, we wished we could have stayed longer. The Tea Rose Inn was clean, warm and welcoming. The breakfast was amazing along with the extra detail that was put into table setting and décor. We felt like we've known Frank and Jane for ages. We would highly recommend this B & B to anyone who is picky about where they stay. Thanks Frank and Jane, for going above and beyond.
