We stayed at the hotel with an organized group of pleasant and polite people. The reception manager's attitude was condescending and he made sure to point out his dissatisfaction with Israeli customers, every legitimate request such as an extra blanket or an extra pillow was met with a frown and complaints on his part, in the dining room we mostly received sour faces and antagonism, on the last morning we had to leave early because of the flight time. When the passengers arrived at the dining room, they were expelled from there and the door was locked in their face and the dining room manager refused to let them in. I don't know if it's hatred for Israelis only or for everyone, but the experience at the hotel was unpleasant with a feeling of rejection bordering on anti-Semitism.
