1、房間實際情況和照片嚴重不符，牆皮多處離開，沙發和地面及其之臟，屋裡蚊子巨多，牆上全是打死的蚊蟲印，牆角還有蜘蛛網。 2、説是家庭套房，其實就是一間大床房+一間雙床房打通了，給我們是602+603兩張房卡。 3、服務水平也很差，我們提出要換房，服務員説他忙着招待餐廳客人，沒時間。也就説酒店前台還兼職餐廳服務員。 4、其中一間房的房門鎖不上，我們晚上用椅子頂着門才敢睡。 5、房間裏連紙巾都沒有，被子還是潮的，蓋着很難受。 6、這個水平的酒店還能評上4星？懷疑他們是刷的

The property is a very modern, well maintained and stylish hotel. The facilities are fantastic with one of the best restaurants we have eaten in.The staff are very friendly, the service is first class. We were so happy to stay in this lovely place, we will definitely be returning. Thank you hotel Eden for such a great break away, we felt so relaxed !

Lovely hotel with great staff. View overlooking the sea is stunning. Staff so helpful , nothing too much trouble. Food is of a high quality. Would recommend this hotel. Quick, reliable and cheap bus ride outside of hotel into Split. Couple of local restaurants / bars near by if you fancy a change.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, from check in to the room itself. Front desk staff were super helpful! The gym was a great addition! A little chilly during our time here but the indoor pool was a great alternative as well as the sauna room. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was great! Will definitely stay here when we return to Split.

RED FLAG / a boycoter Par ou commencer ... Arrivez le 24 août, dans normalement un 4 étoile... entrée de motel ! En toute honnêté se qui les sauves c'est la vue ! Sans quoi personne ne viendrai. Le personnel est à priori sympa. Pour se sui es des chambres, sale, moquette ou on a pas envie de marche pied nu, trace sur les poignet, porte, toilette, douche... Et pour couronner le tout 1 câble électrique non protégé en plein milieu de la niche de douche donc risque majeur d'électrocution. Le petit déjeuner est limité. Et j'avais jamais vu mais du miel en sachet... La pelouse de la piscine est fausse donc vous en ramener avec vous un peu partout. Heureusement qu'il y a la mer à regarder pour ne pas voir le reste ... En france, cey attrape touriste... ne faudrait même pas un 2 étoiles pour la chambre. Ils en ont 4 uniquement pour la vue ... Pour la petite histoire nous avions réservé avec booking, de le premier soir nous ne nous sentions pas bien dans la chambre. Nous avons appeler booking et l'hôtel à décider d'annuler notre réservation sur motif de non présentation... alors qu'on été là... donc en gros nous avons payer la totalité de nos 5 nuit alors que nous n'en n'avons passez qu'une et l'hôtel a annuler le reste de notre séjour et refuse de répondre à booking et à nous pour le remboursement des 4 autres nuits non effectué... Donc si vous voulez vous faire enfler, croire que vous allez arriver dans un hôtel de luxe ( aller regarder leur site internet ), payer des prestations inexistante, prendre le risque de choper une maladie respiratoire (voir photo grille de la clim ) risquer de finir comme Claude François aller y ! Si vous vous dite " la vue est pourtant magique " plein d'autre hôtel on cette vue sans avoir la prétention d'être 4 etoiles et de faire payer environ 360 euros la nuit. Un scandale, honteux que booking permette aux hotel comme ça d'exister, de faire payer les touristes sans investir en retour. De laisser les directeurs mal veillant mentir en tout impuniter et ne pas respceter leur devoir de remboursement quand ils sont en tord.

Stayed for one night. The hotel is not a real 4* place, but clean and well kept. The ambience is a bit kind of 70ies or 80ies style. Clean and well kept. Breakfast is ok. Plus: Swimming pool with a patio … very calm and relaxing (thank god no towel reservation race in the morning) Cocktail bar Parking possibilities Minus: No hotel beach Public beaches near and accessible (stairs) are not nice … water is not the transparent quality you usually have in Croatia. … sorry … not good Minibar scarcely filled All in all we have been happy with our stay.

Cute little hotel. Breakfast was really not very appealing. Did not have pool towels until we’ll after pool opening on a daily basis. Not nearly enough loungers by the pool for the number of guests they can accommodate. I walking distance of a few good restaurants. Very friendly staff.

A super gem of a hotel. Hidden away in a suburb south of Split that offers a quiet getaway feel close enough to the city. We loved watching the sunset over the city across the bay. The hotel is small enough to give you that personal touch, surrounded by the most beautiful views and luxury. Felt really looked after by the staff. Food was great. Would totally recommend.
