Teleferic Grand Hotel

Very good hotel. We stayed here as a family of 4 in a junior suite. The room like the rest of the hotel was very nice designed, clean and very functional. The suite was divided into two spaces one where i slept with my wife and another where by 2 daughters slept. The bathroom situation was a bit odd, there was one room with a shower and bath and another with a toilet. This made things a bit awkward at times. The breakfast is one of the best hotel breakfasts i have ever had, with lots of variety. There was always plenty of room at breakfast. The location is about as good as can be in Poiana, with a max two minute walk to the lifts. The one caveat I have for the hotel and the reason i was debating whether to give 4 stars was the pool/spa/gym area. The pool is an ok indoor pool, my wife enjoyed her message at the spa, but the gym is BAD. It would be better to have no gym than to have the room filled with 1 multi-machine and dumbbells up to 10kg. The treadmill was broken and the room was hot and stuffy even with the AC on at full blast. In summary, I had never considered going skiing in Romania, but now I think that if the price is right I may consider coming here as opposed to the resorts in Bulgaria. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Way too expensive for its offering, my advice is keep looking, there are more convenient options providing more comfort. As a smoker, the stay here was very uncomfortable, can't imagine I will be coming back by my own will :)) Quite simply, it is not worth it!

Disaster hotel! We book a room and we receive another one! I ask on the reception where is fhe room what i book and he replay that this is what he have! The room what we receive was terible old furniture yellow pillow etc. More over you cannot sleep night time. There was some people in a room that make scandal and shouting. When i was outside to tell them to keep quite they start treat me! It was start fn 22 up to 7 am DONT TAKE THIS HOTEL!

One of the most uncomfortable nights I’ve had in years. Feels like a huge holiday resort like you get in Benedorm and Magaluf. Music rap and traditional manele music blasting from nearby hotels nearby till 2am so uncomfortable. Save your hard earned cash and go for an authentic experience else where.

The Hotel, the room, the food, everything, the best hotel in Poiana Brasov! Verry good, cozy, good family's atmosphere. Parking space verry big, the personal verry professional. The hotel is close to the sky lift, close to a couple of verry good restaurants! Nice nice.

An amazing hotel - the stuff is very pleasant. The bed is very comfortable, room is clean and the view is beautiful. The breakfast is very tasty and fresh. The restaurant at the hotel has an amazing food! The waitress were professional Value for money is great!!!
