첫날 호텔을 실패했어서 별로면 옮길 생각이었는데 너무 좋아서 10일 연박했습니다 :) 수영장도 잘되어 있어서 가족들이 묵기 좋을것 같아요

房間很大，位置很便利，院落設計的很像一個度假小院，在繁華的小街道中能有這樣一片地方，感覺非常好，鬧中取靜。唯一的缺點是淋浴的設計，洗過澡會弄的整個廁所都是水。其他方面都很好

The service was excellent, the room was comfortable, and the club sandwich was delicious. I loved being able to try the different types of honey in the morning. We hosted a large event here, and the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. My bed was cozy, the internet reliable, and the breakfast waffles were tasty. The restaurant can get busy at times. I chose the dinner package but was surprised to find it was buffet-only. While the dinner buffet was underwhelming, breakfast was fantastic. Fortunately, they allowed me to order from a special set menu one evening. I also had a club sandwich with fries for lunch when I arrived, and it was great. The pool looked inviting, though we didn’t get the chance to use it. Overall, it’s a lovely property. However, I was a bit disappointed that there was no welcome note or snacks in the room, especially since we had just stayed at their sister property in the jungle. It would have been nice to be acknowledged for our loyalty to the brand. I also booked a deluxe room but it looked the same as all is the rooms. The location is very central, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Overall not a bad stay and I would certainly stay there again during a future visit.

Great Service! The staff was very friendly and quick to answer any questions. The hotel is also in a great location just a quick few minutes walk from the lake. The hotel is also not to far from the airport so logistically it makes a lot of sense. I would definitely recommend.

Very good hotel neat clean and tidy all staff very polite person who has been good enough. As just complaint about room ac not working properly Mr. Ram Prasad was kind enough to give me suit room upgrade. We were so happy for next day for this service given to us. Breakfast wast very very good with so many varieties and tasty especially Mrs. Durga was very kind enough to serve us. Will visit again if next time visit to pokara.

I had a good stay here, the staff is so kind. It’s my second time here and I plan to be back. The pool area is gorgeous. It makes you want to go for a swim and maybe a drink afterwards at the poolside bar. I was here before in spring and now in the late summer months, both times are ideal to visit

This was a wonderful and relaxing stay! The hotel is very central to all of the activity in the city… In just a short walk, you can go on the downtown street where there is lots of shopping… Food to eat… Very original Nepal, handicrafts… And much much more! Just across the street and down a little ways, there is a barbershop where I got my head, shaved, my chin shaved, and a beautiful face treatment! Ha ha ha! If you look at me, you would never notice… The people at the hotel were excellent and very friendly. You were greeted very warmly everywhere that you would go. Food is wonderful and so flavorful to be sure… There is a wide selection and it was never boring in anyway… The pool is clean and inviting… I would not hesitate to suggest that you would stay here!

Ok, man traveller here. If you have read all my other reviews, this will also be honest. 3 night stay for me and the wife. Originally landed in Kathandu did tourist spots for 3days then took a 25min flight to Pokara. First impression was very nice. Kind staff on arrival, pool, clean gardens and well kept areas as you wander around. Not too small, not too big footprint. Room:- very clean, not outdated and everything worked (lights, kettle, fridge, shower etc..). Went out sightseeing on 3 days (sunrise over Himalayers etc..). The 3rd day we spent in the hotel. The wife had a 3hr massage (£40) which apparently included pedi.... something or other and reflexolgy thing). I was in the poolside bar. Breakfast:- lots & lots of choice (you name it, they served it) whether it english, chinese, indian, nepalise, french etc.. For such a short stay, we were looked after, drinks a bit pricy, but thats to be experienced anywhere. Guard on gate. Soft pillow replaced with a hard one on request. Would recommend for a 'safe, comfortable' base.

True the bedding was great and clean. The whole room was just great. Will definitely use this hotel again. Awesome and friendly staff. Felt at home. I also loved the hospitality of everyone. An amazing place to visit again. Will definitely tell my family and friends back home about my experience. Thank you and namaste.

This is one of the oldest but now added with new property and renovated located in the heart of Lakeside Pokhara. This Hotel is one of the busiest hotels in Pokhara with many conferences and seminars. The swimming pool is very good. One of the best breakfast you can have here with so many options. Highly recommended for famil, friends or for business stay.

Lovely hotel with great rooms. Nice pool with a friendly bar attached. Extremely comfortable beds in smart bedroom. Lovely restaurant with great food. Well situated for the centre of Pokhara and short journey to the airport. Highly recommended hotel.

The best hotel we have stayed so far . Room was well facilitated and very clean . Sheets were near and tidy seemed new . Resturant have variety of food , which was delicious . All the staff were polite and humble . Hospitality was top notch. Special Mrs Romila was very helpful, gave our group all the help we could ask for . She was also multi lingual so communication was smooth.
