very nice hotel with very very helpful staff who all time smile to you , the manager feel very responsible about your comfort , the room is very big and very well design . the view from the balcony is very nice and beautiful , a pool is there with a fresh water and you can swim in every time you want . the restaurant is very well design with a variety of food which you can choose and the staff prepare it fresh i really like this accommodation and i think every one have to see it although it is far from the city but the manager arrange a transfer free of charge to and from the lake site and city one a day and also the transfer to or from airport is available thanks to all of smiley and kind staff and special thanks to the hotel owner and hotel manager do not forget to walk around the hotel to the hill near the hotel it is very pleasant

Absolutely located . I stay for 2 night. The room was very Beautiful with all the facilities and the staff at front desk are really helpful. Restaurant were clean with best service and the best part is the bar and restaurant is near by so can get service very quickly.

I cannot say enough how brilliant this place is. It was everything we hoped it would be and more. Not only are the rooms beautiful (we stayed in one of the chalets), the food is incredible, the staff couldn’t have been helpful enough and the pool area was beyond peaceful. The ethos of this hotel was a big part of what attracted us to it - it puts 50-70% of profits into local children’s education, and provides further education in hospitality - some of the staff got their eduction through the charity. The food concept - farm to table - meant almost everything from the menu is grown within the farm, and the food was diverse and exceptional. This place was just what we needed after our two weeks trekking, including the excellent massages. We had plans to explore Pokhara and we didn’t leave the hotel once!!! There was also a very charming hotel dog kitten friendship happening which provided me with a lot of smiles. I wish we had stayed longer!

After a two week tre this hotel met our needs perfectly: clean, comfortable, air-conditioned, good breakfast with polite and efficient service. Excellent value at off-season rates. Our guide recommended this hotel and we followed this because we had not any research because we did not plan to visit Pokhara. It was a very good choice and I would return. Although an uninspiring modern building from the outside, we were quite impressed during our two nights here. The hotel including the room was very clean. The room was quite spacious; plenty of room for clothes and bags. The beds were comfortable and the linen spotless. The air conditioning worked very well - a necessity in Pokhara during August, I think. The breakfast buffet had a good choice of items which were reasonably well-cooked and warm enough - fried eggs were good, not 'rubbery' as so often is the case. The coffee was OK but at least it was unlimited. The location, close to Lakeside Road, is convenient for restaurants and shops and walking to the lake. The staff were polite though there was limited interaction with them because it was a smooth stay with no issues to discuss. If you are looking for a traditionally-built Nepali hotel with lots of carved wood and an ambience to match, then this isn't it. If you are looking for a comfortable, clean, fully-functional place to stay this may well suit your needs. The twin-room with breakfast cost $22 per night - I could easily spend this on a leisurely breakfast in a cafe - excellent value.

Our stay at the Heritage Hotel was a wonderful experience for us. The Heritage is full of charm and history. The hotel is very conveniently located in the centre of Pokhara, but in a quiet street about a minutes walk away from the main street. The staff went out of their way to look after us and did their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast was really good with quite a wide choice, including a full English b/f! And the dining area itself was lovely. Our room had a lovely view of the interior grounds of the hotel, and the room colours were very relaxing. When we had to leave very early on our departure day the staff arranged to have our breakfast neatly packed in convenient take-away containers so we were able to eat it later that morning in comfort when we stopped on our way back to Kathmandu. What great service - totally unexpected but really appreciated! We highly recommend this hotel. And we will definitely stay there again the next time we visit Pokhara.

VVicky59This family run hotel was a great find for relaxing a few days after our trek. It is easy walking distance to the lakeside but far enough away that you don't hear the nightclubs when you want to sleep at night. The beds are comfortable and the room is well designed. There are many thoughtful touches: the table attached to the wall by the door let's you have luggage underneath, the fridge is for you to use and not crammed full of mini bar stuff, there is even a beer mug provided. The full hot breakfast has eggs, chicken sausage, potatoes, toast, fresh fruit, juice, and coffee, we were plenty well fed. You can choose to sit out in the garden area for breakfast if you like. The owner and his family were very friendly and helpful with the owner speaking really good English.

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel was everything we'd hoped for: clean, comfortable, spectacular views and a warm welcome from Maya and her family. It's clear that much love and attention has gone into Pristine Himalaya, as it really lives up to its name. The food was delicious (Maya being an excellent cook) and the location is unbelievable, with a clear view over Pokhara, the lake and even mountain peaks from our bedroom window. The room was modern and comfortable, with hot showers and a comfortable bed. We got all we could have wanted from that visit, so much so that we extended our 2 day visit to 4 days. Absolutely worth it, as it was possibly one of the nicest guesthouses we stayed in! Thank you so much to Maya and the family for accommodating us! We will undoubtedly return when we next visit Pokhara!

The room and bathroom were large and clean, the bathroom was a bit dated and the hand towels had a strange smell. The room has safe and iron. Breakfast is a buffet, which is not bad. The only problem is getting to the hotel, they only have 2 free shuttles from the lakeside, otherwise you need to take a taxi. All staff are friendly.

Greats: Food (Try the Biryani), Hospitality Goods: Room, Farm Views (Also, a little bit of the lake), Cleanliness, Service Time (Quick response to requests) Could be better: Massage Service. Won't recommend in the current state as the environment and setup is not that good. Others: It is a bit far from the market so you'll have to walk ~1.5 KMs up and down. Also, its hard to find taxis for 4+ people Great hospitality from the staff, namely Binita, Dikshya & Saroj. Sorry I couldn't get names of the rest of the folks but everyone has a very welcoming nature and always happy to help.

I was there for one night only, the room was on the top floor, spacious, clean and comfortable, the city view was nice but unfortunately it was very foggy in the morning and during the day and the snowy himalaya mountain ranges were not in sight at all (bad timing🙁). The staff services were great, very helpful and attentive (especially Mr.Milan Aryal 👍). The food from resto (pasta) was also very nice and tasty. Keep up the great work and surely will stay at snow peak hotel if ever go back to Pokhara! Cheers...

This is small Hotel in a quiet inner yard of a busy tourist district. Rooms clean, hot water in shower in abundance (we - group of 9 - stayed after Annapurna trek where hot water is at premium) Hotel manager Nanu was super helpful! We had BBQ party for which she provided all supplies, plates and cutlery, and even the guitar! She also knows all good shops and restaurants around. There is also yoga and massage for tired trekkers on the hotel's grounds! We stayed 4 nights and didn't want to leave!
