Location was good staff was good food was good room were terrible the was too many cockroach in room alternate room offered but next day that was good

Property’s location is very good right on the patnem beach. The food was also decent but over priced. The room was small and we faced several problems like leakage of water from the ac. The bathroom door did not have a knob raising privacy concerns. Also the main door had only one lock which raised security concerns. Overall it was average

Restaurant is at awesome location and food is amazing. Hotel staff is very friendly and supportive. Only one thing to add, should provide car parking facility, apart from that everything is just awesome.

Amazing rooms, i was doubtful about ac but worked just fine, even geyser if needed. . Sea view room had a really good view if the hotel towels and neighbors didn't put their clothes for drying on the balcony railings! overall an amazing stay! value for money. Food was really good as well. All the staff and basant were very friendly and helpful. It was a safe stay being a solo traveller!

We received a warm welcome on arrival. we were a party of 14 (7 couples) we had to sea view beach huts. Mark was very friendly and really helpful. The rooms were very basic and quite rough around the edges. The rooms were not soundproofed as claimed on the website. I did not sleep because of the noise from neighbouring bar. The bathroom was extremely basic. No one told us there was a switch on the wall outside for hit water. So we had a rather cold shower. The duvet had what looked like dried blood stains on it. We all ate on the beach together. Which was pretty with the candles but we couldn't actually see our food. Unfortunately the food was not good at all, None of us enjoyed our meals and I had a very upset tummy the following day. I personally would not recommend this place.
