We arrived for 10 days greeted by Rosa on reception easy check in very warm welcome Rooms are dated need to be brought into this centre very basic rooms What lacked in decor and modern rooms made up for in cleanliness, rooms were cleaned every day fresh towels and bedding Food was good different varieties everyday Little cold sometimes But there is a microwave if you wanted to heat up your food Pool was fab managed to get a sunbeds easy ( love the no reservation of sunbeds rule ) Considering there was 7 of us always managed to sit and sunbathe together Water slides were ace made more for a younger family but we all still had a slide Jacuzzi just loved The waiters especially Juan and waitresses couldn’t do enough for you A little struggle with the language Thankyou to google translate all worked out in the end The entertainment was mainly Spanish , was a little disappointed ☹️ some of the entertainment surely could cater for the English? We had a lovely couple of walks to the nearby harbour lovely on the night time good nightlife and little stalls to buy gifts from The beach is just trough a gated door across the road beach isn’t a sandy beach little stones beach ( you will need beach shoes) Sea is lovely once you’ve managed to get into the sea , be careful if you are unsteady on your feet , can’t get out the sea very dignified

A nice hotel which we found to be spotless. Very nice rooms, there were 4 of us and we all had our own rooms. The food could be better and hotter, not that impressed with it at all. In fact dinning room was like a canteen. Geared very much towards families. No real entertainment for the older generation. Enjoyed it for the week we were there but wouldn't want to return. Definitely an adult only hotel next time we go on holiday.

First time at the hotel and we loved it. The best feature was how clean everywhere was. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast had lots of choice and the swimming pool (indoor) was perfect for my 5 year old son. Beds were comfy and spacious and the sound of the sea was wonderful !

Relax enjoy and live. Great hotel for a good holiday. Found the staff friendly, supportive, the rooms excellent, food more than sufficient, and healthy choice. Pool facilertys and ground areas off high standard. Bars and restaurants clean, comfortable and well worth a visit.

Lovely relaxing break away with family, didn't find much to do here but that's what we wanted nice and relaxing, children absolutely loved the pool and the staff that look after the children's entertainment are pretty good, our kids were 13, and 9. The pool doesn't allow large inflatable toys so it creates a problem for the lifeguard when the shop in the hotel sells them to the kids and doesn't tell them, that they can't use them very naughty, makes the mums and dads angry but you don't get anywhere when you try a d complain. Some of the older staff members in the bar around the pool and the bar at night are very ignorant they aren't consistent with things like what the younger members of staff do for you, but all in all its a nice hotel with lots of friendly staff 😀 We had bed and breakfast for 2wks and it was perfect the food was spot on and the room was nice and clean the housekeeping staff was lovely 😍

Don't let the negative views put you off this is a Superb Hotel with Friendly Staff and a Clean Environment, the food is in abundance and there is something for everyone if you can upgrade to a Superior Room they have sea views and are comfy. Give it a go it won't dissapoint.

Ok, so I did read the reviews before hand and thought well everyone has their own opinion and views its a 4 star hotel it can't be that bad. The hotel was very clean and set in a very quite town. If you want peace and quite its great and no ques! All staff were very friendly and helpful, but unfortunately their personal hygiene isn't the best. The staff whist working use the guess toilets and you would think and know this they actually would wash their hand after going to the toilet then go straight back to their job, cooking your food or pouring your drinks. Last of all-inclusive it's not even thoui paid for that. If you want snacks (hot) like chips or sandwich at the poolside bar you have to pay. They only offer crisps or tapas. Even thou they offer crisps sandwich etc. They food in the main (only) restaurant was ok, its a good job there was a microwave. Only time it's hot is breakfast and that's only omelets, fried eggs are very hit and miss.

Hello! I stayed at playadulce for 5 nights this week. I’ll just start off to say that if you are bothered about food then I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The buffet is tiny for a hotel that is supposed to fit over 2000 people. I wasn’t that bothered by it but the people who I was with who were picky eaters were. Second thing I want to say is that there are a few hidden charges. For example, you would expect the safe to be included in the room right? No, it’s €4 a night for the key to the safe in your room. It’s the same for the tennis courts, you have to pay to use them by the hour. Ice creams and ice lolly’s in the bar next to the pool are not included either, I wasn’t that bothered about that tho honestly but I know some people would. And last but not least and the thing that pissed off myself and all my family members was the room cards. Oh My Goh… those things are a NIGHTMARE!!! every single one of us had to change our room cards atleast 3 times. They are clearly very old and the hotel hasn’t bought any new ones in ages. They would continuously stop working all the time and for walking in 32 degree weather im sure you can understand our frustration when we just wanted to go into our cold room. At the end of the day, I had an amazing holiday due to the people I was with but would I come back to this hotel by myself? No
